【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)本身并不足以改善性別不平等狀況,即性別平等并不完全取決于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,它需要堅(jiān)定的政治承諾和可持續(xù)的政策機(jī)制。如果僅僅依賴財(cái)富的增加,認(rèn)為生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展自然而然會(huì)帶來婦女地位的提高;或把經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和性別平等對(duì)立起來,犧牲弱勢(shì)群體的利益以求得經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,這種片面的發(fā)展觀和經(jīng)濟(jì)決定論不但會(huì)導(dǎo)致性別平等事業(yè)的停滯和倒退,而且也不會(huì)真正推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因?yàn)橐园l(fā)展市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)為目標(biāo)的經(jīng)濟(jì)改革弱化了國(guó)家對(duì)婦女的保護(hù),在一定程度上加劇了勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)上男女之間的不平等和在工資、招聘、提升等方面對(duì)女性的歧視。
[Abstract]:Economic growth alone is not enough to improve gender inequality, that is, gender equality is not entirely dependent on the level of economic development, it requires strong political commitment and sustainable policy mechanisms. If relying solely on the increase of wealth, it is assumed that the development of productivity will naturally lead to the advancement of women; Or put economic development in opposition to gender equality and sacrifice the interests of vulnerable groups to achieve economic development. This one-sided view of development and economic determinism will not only lead to stagnation and retrogression in the cause of gender equality. And it will not really push the economy forward. This is because the economic reform aimed at developing market economy weakens the state's protection of women, exacerbates to some extent the inequality between men and women in the labour market and discriminates against women in terms of wages, recruitment, promotion, etc.
