【摘要】：2014年2月26日,中共中央總書記習(xí)近平在聽取京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展專題匯報(bào)時(shí),將京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。但京津冀一體化協(xié)同發(fā)展任重道遠(yuǎn),不可能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)一蹴而就。為明確思路,深入推進(jìn)協(xié)同發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),本文立足財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)這一重要職能,從京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展背景入手,通過剖析阻礙促進(jìn)三地協(xié)同發(fā)展的因素,在發(fā)揮財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)職能作用方面提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:On February 26, 2014, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China's Communist Party of China (CPC), raised Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to a national strategy when he heard a special report on the coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. But Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development has a long way to go and can not be achieved in a short time. In order to make clear the train of thought and promote the realization of the goal of coordinated development, based on the important function of financial and economic construction, this paper starts with the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development, and analyzes the factors that hinder the promotion of coordinated development of the three places. In giving play to the function of financial and economic construction, put forward policy recommendations.
