【摘要】：岳陽港為國家內(nèi)河主要港口和一類口岸,是長江干線中上游三個億噸大港之一。在港口的發(fā)展過程中,腹地經(jīng)濟起著極其重要的作用。而目前岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟的相互作用不甚明顯。研究岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟的協(xié)同發(fā)展關(guān)系,有利于腹地經(jīng)濟更好地推動岳陽港發(fā)展,也有利于岳陽港帶動腹地經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,使得岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟之間的協(xié)同關(guān)系得到提高和改善,使得港城共同繁榮。 本文通過分析和歸納國內(nèi)外對于協(xié)同學(xué)、港口與腹地經(jīng)濟關(guān)系的研究現(xiàn)狀,在分析岳陽港和腹地經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運用協(xié)同學(xué)理論,分析了岳陽港和腹地經(jīng)濟的協(xié)同特征,即明確了岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展關(guān)系的內(nèi)涵,界定了港口與腹地經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同發(fā)展階段,探討了岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同性質(zhì),歸納了岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展機制的運行條件等。并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)原理,構(gòu)建了基于系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展關(guān)系模型,明確了岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各主要因素的因果反饋關(guān)系。運用vensim軟件,根據(jù)設(shè)定的政策對模型進(jìn)行了仿真和分析,結(jié)果表明：岳陽港對岳陽市經(jīng)濟的貢獻(xiàn)率比較低,岳陽港對岳陽市整體經(jīng)濟的帶動作用并不明顯；岳陽港腹地經(jīng)濟對岳陽港吞吐能力缺口具有一定的抑制作用,在縮小岳陽港吞吐能力缺口方面,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的作用強于第三產(chǎn)業(yè),第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的作用強于第一產(chǎn)業(yè)；岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟的協(xié)同關(guān)系還有待進(jìn)一步的改善和發(fā)展。最后,根據(jù)岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與仿真結(jié)果分析,本文提出了改善岳陽港與腹地經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展關(guān)系的對策與建議。 本文對于研究某一具體港口與腹地經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展關(guān)系提供了一種新的思路,對相關(guān)部門制定決策具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Yueyang Port is one of the three hundred million tons ports in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. In the process of port development, the hinterland economy plays an extremely important role. At present, the interaction between Yueyang port and hinterland economy is not obvious. The study of the cooperative development relationship between Yueyang port and hinterland economy is conducive to promoting the development of Yueyang port better, promoting the hinterland economic development of Yueyang port, and improving the synergetic relationship between Yueyang port and hinterland economy. Make the city prosperous together. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the economic development of Yueyang port and hinterland, this paper applies the theory of synergetic science to the economic development of Yueyang port and hinterland by analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign researches on the economic relationship between port and hinterland. This paper analyzes the synergetic characteristics of Yueyang port and hinterland economy, that is, the connotation of the cooperative development relationship between Yueyang port and hinterland economy, and defines the phase of cooperative development between port and hinterland economic system. This paper discusses the synergetic nature of Yueyang port and hinterland economic system, and sums up the operating conditions of the cooperative development mechanism between Yueyang port and hinterland economic system. According to the principle of system dynamics, the cooperative development model of Yueyang port and hinterland economy based on system dynamics is established, and the causality feedback relationship between the main factors of Yueyang port and hinterland economic system is clarified. Using vensim software, the model is simulated and analyzed according to the established policies. The results show that the contribution rate of Yueyang Port to Yueyang's economy is relatively low, and the driving effect of Yueyang Port on Yueyang's overall economy is not obvious. The hinterland economy of Yueyang Port has a certain inhibitory effect on the capacity gap of Yueyang Port. In reducing the capacity gap, the role of the secondary industry is stronger than that of the tertiary industry, and the role of the tertiary industry is stronger than that of the primary industry. The synergetic relationship between Yueyang Port and hinterland economy needs further improvement and development. Finally, based on the analysis of the present situation and simulation results of Yueyang port and hinterland economy, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the cooperative development relationship between Yueyang port and hinterland economy. This paper provides a new way to study the relationship between a specific port and the hinterland economy, and has a certain reference significance for the relevant departments to make decisions.
