【摘要】：產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)(PSS)是一種基于傳遞功能和價(jià)值的思維模式和設(shè)計(jì)理念,也是一種很有希望改變現(xiàn)有依靠大量資源消耗促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的、符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展思路的新型商業(yè)模式。本文收集并整理在國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于功能化思想和產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的概念和研究成果,對(duì)其理論基礎(chǔ)和發(fā)展作了深入研究對(duì)比和歸納,然后通過(guò)對(duì)不同背景下的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用案例進(jìn)行了社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境方面的分析和評(píng)價(jià)。并在一個(gè)筆者親自參與并正在進(jìn)行中的PSS應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目中,對(duì)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的前期理論分析、設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建規(guī)劃方面做了詳細(xì)介紹,希望能指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目的后續(xù)發(fā)展和實(shí)施。最后從實(shí)例研究和理論研究?jī)蓚�(gè)角度,對(duì)PSS研究的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了歸納和羅列,并指出了其未來(lái)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Product service system (PSS) is a kind of thinking mode and design idea based on transferring function and value, and it is also a new business model which is hopeful to change the existing economic development which depends on a large amount of resources consumption and accords with the idea of sustainable development. This paper collects and collates the concepts and research results of functionalization thought and product service system at home and abroad, and makes a deep research and comparison on its theoretical basis and development. Then, the social, economic and environmental aspects of the application cases of product service system in different backgrounds are analyzed and evaluated. In a PSS application project in which the author personally participates and is in progress, this paper gives a detailed introduction to the early theoretical analysis, design and construction planning of the product service system, hoping to guide the subsequent development and implementation of the project. In the end, the present situation and characteristics of PSS research are summarized and listed from two angles of case study and theoretical study, and the future development trend is pointed out.
