【摘要】：文章運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定評(píng)估模型與評(píng)估指標(biāo)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)建,并運(yùn)用這一模型計(jì)算各影響社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定變量的權(quán)重,基于評(píng)估模型得出收入分配對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定的權(quán)重,揭示出收入分配對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定具有重要影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析其原因及影響表現(xiàn),即收入分配對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定影響提升的根源是收入差距擴(kuò)大及分配不均,其主要是通過(guò)需求來(lái)影響經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定的,因此,現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)收入分配改革勢(shì)在必行。十八屆三中全會(huì)對(duì)優(yōu)化收入分配格局,改善稅收調(diào)節(jié)手段,增加居民收入,縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入分配差距及擴(kuò)大公共服務(wù)均等水平,完善社會(huì)保障制度體系等內(nèi)容作出了明確闡述。通過(guò)一系列收入分配改革舉措的實(shí)施,能夠長(zhǎng)效地釋放居民消費(fèi)需求及能力,保持經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to design and construct the evaluation model and evaluation index of social economic stability, and the weight of the variables affecting social economic stability is calculated by using this model. Based on the evaluation model, the weight of income distribution to economic stability is obtained, and it is revealed that income distribution has an important influence on economic stability. On this basis, this paper analyzes the causes and effects of income distribution on economic stability, that is, the root of income distribution impact on economic stability is the widening of income gap and uneven distribution, which is mainly through demand to affect economic stability. At present our country income distribution reform is imperative. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made a clear exposition on optimizing the pattern of income distribution, improving the means of tax regulation, increasing the income of residents, narrowing the gap of income distribution between urban and rural areas, expanding the level of equality of public services, and perfecting the system of social security system. Through the implementation of a series of measures of income distribution reform, it can release the consumption demand and ability of residents in a long time and maintain the stable development of economy.
