【摘要】：衡量一個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行是否處于良性循環(huán)，合理的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)是一大關(guān)鍵。特別像我國這樣一個(gè)國土面積以內(nèi)陸居多的發(fā)展中國家，只有形成合理的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)，以匯聚起拉動內(nèi)需的不竭動力，才有助于推動我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的長期平穩(wěn)發(fā)展。同時(shí)，我國各地區(qū)人文歷史條件和改革開放的起點(diǎn)等各不相同，各地經(jīng)濟(jì)及城鎮(zhèn)居民的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)已然形成了不同的發(fā)展軌跡。因而，本文系統(tǒng)研究1995-2010年我國東中西部城鎮(zhèn)居民的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)，以期為擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需提出建議，為構(gòu)建我國內(nèi)需拉動型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供決策支持。 本文在文獻(xiàn)綜述部分梳理了中西方學(xué)者關(guān)于消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)與消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論，實(shí)證分析部分通過截取和整理“中國統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒”中的原始數(shù)據(jù)，制成大量圖表，，以詳盡描述和對比東中西部城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的走勢、差異以及存在的問題，并運(yùn)用ELES模型對東中西部城鎮(zhèn)居民八類消費(fèi)支出的邊際消費(fèi)傾向和需求收入彈性進(jìn)行了分析，并由此得出結(jié)論：我國城鎮(zhèn)居民的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)于1996年由“溫飽”進(jìn)入“小康”，于2000年由“小康”進(jìn)入“富�！保桓鞯叵M(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部還存在著逆向發(fā)展、大起大落等一系列問題；各地之間的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)還存在差異。最后，本文從六個(gè)方面提出了促進(jìn)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化的相關(guān)建議：確保居民收入穩(wěn)步增長；發(fā)揮好市場價(jià)格的杠桿作用；不斷形成新的消費(fèi)增長點(diǎn)；產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)要相互適應(yīng)；加大監(jiān)控力度，提振消費(fèi)信心；消除區(qū)域壁壘，構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一的國內(nèi)市場。
[Abstract]:To measure whether a country's economic operation is in a virtuous circle, a reasonable consumption structure is a key. Especially in a developing country whose land area is mostly inland, only by forming a reasonable consumption structure and gathering the inexhaustible motive force to stimulate domestic demand can it help to promote the long-term and stable development of our economy. At the same time, the cultural and historical conditions and the starting point of reform and opening up in different regions of China are different, and the local economy and the consumption structure of urban residents have already formed different development trajectories. Therefore, this paper systematically studies the consumption structure of urban residents in the east, west and west of China from 1995 to 2010, in order to provide suggestions for expanding domestic demand and provide decision support for the construction of domestic demand driven economic development strategy in China. In the part of literature review, this paper combs the relevant theories of Chinese and western scholars on consumption economy and consumption structure, and makes a lot of charts by intercepting and collating the original data from the Statistical Yearbook of China. This paper describes and compares the trend, difference and existing problems of the consumption structure of the urban residents in the east, west and west regions in detail, and analyzes the marginal consumption tendency and the demand income elasticity of the eight types of consumption expenditure of the urban residents in the east, west and west by using the ELES model. It is concluded that the consumption structure of urban residents in our country changed from "food and clothing" to "well-off" in 1996, and from "well-off" to "rich" in 2000, and there are still a series of problems in the internal consumption structure, such as reverse development, ups and downs, and so on. There are also differences in the structure of consumption between regions. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the rationalization of consumption structure from six aspects: to ensure the steady growth of residents' income, to give full play to the leverage of market price, to form new consumption growth points, and to improve the efficiency of consumption. The industrial structure and consumption structure should adapt to each other; strengthen supervision and control to boost consumer confidence; eliminate regional barriers and build a unified domestic market.
