【摘要】：投資軟環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的建立需遵循一定原則。參照國(guó)內(nèi)外已有研究,投資軟環(huán)境的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系可分為四大類(lèi),即經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境、政策法制環(huán)境和政務(wù)環(huán)境,這些一級(jí)指標(biāo)共包括11個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)以及多個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)�；谠u(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),需選取適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒▽?duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行計(jì)算。
[Abstract]:The establishment of investment soft environment evaluation index should follow certain principles. Referring to the existing research at home and abroad, the evaluation index system of soft investment environment can be divided into four categories, namely, economic environment, social and cultural environment, policy and legal environment and government environment. These first-level indicators include 11 secondary indicators and multiple tertiary indicators. Based on the evaluation index, it is necessary to select appropriate methods to calculate the evaluation results.
