【摘要】：創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,表面上看是強(qiáng)調(diào)創(chuàng)新的重要性,從本質(zhì)上看是發(fā)展動(dòng)力的根本性轉(zhuǎn)換。在傳統(tǒng)要素驅(qū)動(dòng)弱化、后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)逐漸縮小的形勢(shì)下,我國(guó)發(fā)展到了依靠創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)的階段。我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),迫切要求將經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展動(dòng)力從要素驅(qū)動(dòng)切換到創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)上來。創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念體現(xiàn)了我們黨對(duì)科技功能的新概括新定位,蘊(yùn)含著對(duì)有限與無(wú)限、質(zhì)變與量變的新思考新理解,從多方面豐富了馬克思主義的科技理論、發(fā)展觀、唯物辯證法,拓展了對(duì)人類社會(huì)發(fā)展資源的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Innovation development, on the surface, is to emphasize the importance of innovation, essentially is the fundamental transformation of development power. With the weakening of the traditional factor driving and the decreasing of the latecomer advantage, our country has developed to the stage of relying on innovation drive. China's economic development has entered the new normal, and it is urgent to switch the driving force of economic development from factor drive to innovation drive. The concept of innovation and development embodies our Party's new general and new position on the function of science and technology, and contains a new thinking and new understanding of the limited and infinite, qualitative and quantitative changes, which enriches the Marxist scientific and technological theory, the concept of development, the materialist dialectics in many aspects. Has expanded the understanding to the human society development resources.
