【摘要】：創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,表面上看是強調(diào)創(chuàng)新的重要性,從本質(zhì)上看是發(fā)展動力的根本性轉(zhuǎn)換。在傳統(tǒng)要素驅(qū)動弱化、后發(fā)優(yōu)勢逐漸縮小的形勢下,我國發(fā)展到了依靠創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的階段。我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài),迫切要求將經(jīng)濟發(fā)展動力從要素驅(qū)動切換到創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動上來。創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念體現(xiàn)了我們黨對科技功能的新概括新定位,蘊含著對有限與無限、質(zhì)變與量變的新思考新理解,從多方面豐富了馬克思主義的科技理論、發(fā)展觀、唯物辯證法,拓展了對人類社會發(fā)展資源的認識。
[Abstract]:Innovation development, on the surface, is to emphasize the importance of innovation, essentially is the fundamental transformation of development power. With the weakening of the traditional factor driving and the decreasing of the latecomer advantage, our country has developed to the stage of relying on innovation drive. China's economic development has entered the new normal, and it is urgent to switch the driving force of economic development from factor drive to innovation drive. The concept of innovation and development embodies our Party's new general and new position on the function of science and technology, and contains a new thinking and new understanding of the limited and infinite, qualitative and quantitative changes, which enriches the Marxist scientific and technological theory, the concept of development, the materialist dialectics in many aspects. Has expanded the understanding to the human society development resources.
