我國(guó)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的增長(zhǎng)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)居民的收入由工資性收入、轉(zhuǎn)移性收入、經(jīng)營(yíng)性收入和財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入四個(gè)部分組成。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,居民的收入水平大幅度提高,財(cái)產(chǎn)積累不斷增多,財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入也不斷增加。雖然目前財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入在我國(guó)居民總收入中所占比重還比較小,但其增長(zhǎng)速度呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入逐漸成為我國(guó)居民收入的重要組成部分,其重要性不能忽視。黨的十七大報(bào)告提出“創(chuàng)造條件讓更多群眾擁有財(cái)產(chǎn)性收人”,這充分體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家改善民生、人民發(fā)展成果由人民共享的理念,引起了社會(huì)各界對(duì)財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的廣泛關(guān)注和深入研究。 本文對(duì)我國(guó)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的增長(zhǎng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的研究。文章分為五個(gè)主要部分:緒論部分介紹了文章的選題背景意義及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述;第二部分首先對(duì)財(cái)產(chǎn)和財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入概念進(jìn)行界定,然后分城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村對(duì)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,分別從態(tài)勢(shì)、來(lái)源渠道、差異三個(gè)方面全面展開;第三部分是實(shí)證部分,從眾多影響居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入增長(zhǎng)的因素中挑選出幾個(gè)顯著的易量化的指標(biāo),通過(guò)建立模型,研究其對(duì)財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入增長(zhǎng)的影響;第四部分是影響因素的具體分析,根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果詳細(xì)分析目前制約我國(guó)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入增長(zhǎng)的因素;最后,針對(duì)模型的結(jié)果和當(dāng)前的問(wèn)題,有針對(duì)性地提出促進(jìn)我國(guó)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入增長(zhǎng)的對(duì)策和建議。 通過(guò)上述的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入存在以下重要特點(diǎn):增長(zhǎng)迅速,但總體水平不高,占總收入比重偏低,收入來(lái)源單一,分布不均衡,差距明顯。制約我國(guó)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入增長(zhǎng)的主要因素有:居民收入水平低,收入差距擴(kuò)大;金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展滯后,居民投資渠道窄;住房調(diào)控機(jī)制不完善;社會(huì)保障制度不健全;居民風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)弱,投資理財(cái)能力低等。我們可以從以下幾個(gè)方面努力,來(lái)促進(jìn)我國(guó)居民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入的快速增長(zhǎng):保持經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)快速發(fā)展,促進(jìn)居民收入增長(zhǎng);促進(jìn)金融市場(chǎng)健康發(fā)展,拓寬居民投資渠道;完善住房制度和住房調(diào)控體制;加大社會(huì)保障力度,完善社會(huì)保障制度;普及居民的投資理財(cái)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)教育。
[Abstract]:The income of Chinese residents consists of four parts: wage income, transfer income, operating income and property income. With the rapid development of economy, the income level of residents has been greatly improved, the accumulation of property has been increasing, and the income of property has been increasing. Although the proportion of property income in the total income of Chinese residents is still relatively small, the growth rate of property income is on the rise, and property income has gradually become an important part of Chinese residents' income, and its importance can not be ignored. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "create conditions for more people to own property and receive people," which fully embodies the concept of the state improving people's livelihood and sharing the fruits of people's development. Has caused the social all walks of life to the property income widespread concern and the thorough research. This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the growth of property income in China. The article is divided into five main parts: the introduction part introduces the background significance of the topic and the domestic and foreign research review; the second part defines the concept of property and property income. Then it analyzes the current situation of the residents' property income in towns and rural areas, respectively, from three aspects: situation, source channels and differences. The third part is the empirical part. From many factors that affect the growth of residents' property income, this paper selects several significant and quantifiable indicators, and studies the impact of the factors on the growth of property income by establishing a model. The fourth part is the specific analysis of the factors affecting the growth of property income, the fourth part is the specific analysis of the factors affecting the growth of property income. According to the empirical results, this paper analyzes in detail the factors restricting the growth of the property income of Chinese residents, and finally, aiming at the results of the model and the current problems, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the growth of the property income of the residents in China. Through the above analysis, it is found that the property income of Chinese residents has the following important characteristics: rapid growth, but the overall level is not high, the proportion of total income is low, the source of income is single, the distribution is uneven, and the difference is obvious. The main factors that restrict the growth of residents' property income are as follows: low income level, widening income gap, lagging development of financial market, narrow investment channels, imperfect housing control mechanism, imperfect social security system; The resident risk consciousness is weak, the investment finance ability is low and so on. We can make efforts in the following aspects to promote the rapid growth of the property income of our country's residents: to maintain the steady and rapid development of the economy, to promote the growth of the residents' income, to promote the healthy development of the financial market, and to broaden the channels of residents' investment; Improve the housing system and housing control system; strengthen social security, improve the social security system; popularize the investment and financial risk education of residents.
