【摘要】：正改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟已發(fā)展成為高度依賴海洋的外向型經(jīng)濟,對海洋資源環(huán)境、海洋國土的依賴程度日益提高。浙江是全國首批海洋經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)建設省份之一,發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟對于加快浙江經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、拓展發(fā)展空間、擴大對外開放、培育新增長點都具有十分重要的意義。然而海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中存在資源環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)、動力等結(jié)構(gòu)性失衡問題,需要通過加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式來解決。為此,寧波大學青年學者馬仁鋒、李加林、莊佩君在浙江省哲學社會科學重點研究基地(寧波大學浙江省海洋文化與經(jīng)濟研究中心)省社
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, China's economy has developed into an export-oriented economy that relies heavily on the sea, and is increasingly dependent on the marine resources, environment and marine land. Zhejiang is one of the first construction provinces of marine economic demonstration area in China. The development of marine economy is of great significance for speeding up the transformation of Zhejiang's economic development mode, expanding its development space, expanding its opening to the outside world, and cultivating new growth points. However, in the process of marine economic development, there are structural imbalance problems, such as resources, environment, industry, power and so on, which need to be solved by speeding up the transformation of economic development mode. To this end, Ma Renfeng, Li Jialin and Zhuang Pei Jun, young scholars of Ningbo University, are in the Zhejiang Provincial Society of philosophy and Social Sciences (Zhejiang Ocean Culture and Economic Research Center, Ningbo University).
