蘇州W開發(fā)區(qū)招商引資中的定位戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著改革開放的不斷深化,中國的開發(fā)區(qū)如雨后春筍般紛紛建立,各地都希望可以通過招商引資來提高地方知名度,提升綜合實力。蘇州的開發(fā)區(qū)在過去的十幾年里,曾經(jīng)可以憑借蘇州整體的地方優(yōu)勢,輕而易舉的招到幾百個優(yōu)秀的外資項目,交出一份滿意的成績單。但是隨著國內(nèi)開發(fā)區(qū)數(shù)量的急劇增加,各種對外資有利的優(yōu)惠政策紛紛到期,國家開發(fā)中西部地區(qū)政策的傾斜,蘇州的開發(fā)區(qū)越來越感覺到形勢的嚴峻,競爭的激烈。 蘇州W開發(fā)區(qū)位于蘇州市區(qū)城南,有著20年的招商經(jīng)驗,也是新晉的國家級開發(fā)區(qū)。從成立之初的招商等資,到中期的招商引資,,再到現(xiàn)在的招商選資,正在一步步的發(fā)展并走向成熟。如何在蘇州眾多的開發(fā)區(qū)中脫穎而出,成為目標客戶的最終選擇,最主要的就是找到自己的競爭優(yōu)勢,確定適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢谩?本文在對定位戰(zhàn)略理論及實施簡單闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了蘇州幾大有特色開發(fā)區(qū)的形成和發(fā)展,地位和作用以及各自的特點。并回顧了W開發(fā)區(qū)的優(yōu)勢以及招商引資的發(fā)展過程、傳統(tǒng)模式及現(xiàn)狀,概括了開發(fā)區(qū)建設(shè)以來招商引資所取得的巨大成就。最后對開發(fā)區(qū)目前的定位戰(zhàn)略進行總結(jié)和分析,并提出了合理的建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's development zones are springing up one after another. Suzhou development zone in the past decade, has been able to rely on Suzhou as a whole local advantages, easily recruited hundreds of excellent foreign investment projects, to hand over a satisfactory report card. However, with the rapid increase in the number of domestic development zones, various favorable policies for foreign investment have expired, and the national policy of developing the central and western regions has tilted, Suzhou development zone is increasingly feeling the severity of the situation and the fierce competition. Suzhou W Development Zone is located in the south of Suzhou City, has 20 years of experience in attracting investment, is also a new state-level development zone. From the beginning of the establishment of investment and other investment, to the medium-term investment, and then to the present investment selection, step by step development and towards maturity. How to stand out in many development zones in Suzhou and become the final choice of target customers is the most important thing is to find their own competitive advantage and determine the appropriate position. On the basis of a brief exposition of the theory of positioning strategy and its implementation, this paper introduces the formation and development, status and function of Suzhou's several distinctive development zones, as well as their respective characteristics. The paper also reviews the advantages of W development zone, the development process, traditional mode and present situation of investment attraction, and summarizes the great achievements in attracting investment since the construction of the development zone. Finally, the paper summarizes and analyzes the current positioning strategy of the development zone, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
