【摘要】：正自1979年《中外合資經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)法》實(shí)施以來(lái),為配合對(duì)外開(kāi)放政策的實(shí)施,中國(guó)立法機(jī)關(guān)頒布多部鼓勵(lì)外商投資的法律,國(guó)務(wù)院和外商投資主管機(jī)關(guān)也發(fā)布了多項(xiàng)行政法規(guī)和數(shù)量龐大的部門規(guī)章。與此同時(shí),中國(guó)還積極締結(jié)了一大批國(guó)際經(jīng)貿(mào)條約。目前,中國(guó)基本形成了符合國(guó)際通行規(guī)則并能保護(hù)國(guó)家利益的外商投資法律體系,為社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了重要的基礎(chǔ)性保障作用。隨著國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序的重構(gòu)及中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,外商投資領(lǐng)域呈現(xiàn)出許
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "Sino-foreign Joint Ventures Law" in 1979, in order to tie in with the implementation of the policy of opening to the outside world, the Chinese legislature has promulgated a number of laws to encourage foreign investment. The State Council and foreign investment authorities have also issued a number of administrative regulations and a large number of departmental regulations. At the same time, China has also actively concluded a large number of international economic and trade treaties. At present, China has basically formed a legal system of foreign investment that conforms to international prevailing rules and can protect the interests of the state, and has played an important and fundamental role in ensuring the construction of a socialist market economy and the development of an open economy. With the reconstruction of the new international economic order and the development of China's economy and society, the field of foreign investment appears to be promising.
