【摘要】：中國(guó)-東盟關(guān)系在"黃金十年"里取得了巨大成就,但在向"鉆石十年"邁進(jìn)之時(shí)我們發(fā)現(xiàn),依靠雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的雙贏利益捆綁的雙邊關(guān)系在新的國(guó)際關(guān)系條件下出現(xiàn)政經(jīng)分離的傾向。為深化中國(guó)-東盟關(guān)系、打造成功的"鉆石十年",中國(guó)政府提出了一系列深化雙邊合作的倡議,從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)兩方面入手,試圖化解政治互信不足的約束。但考慮到東盟采取的與大國(guó)保持等距離外交的戰(zhàn)略,以及中國(guó)-東盟現(xiàn)存一些問(wèn)題的化解難度,預(yù)計(jì)在未來(lái)一個(gè)時(shí)期中國(guó)一東盟關(guān)系還將主要依靠經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的利益捆綁。
[Abstract]:China-ASEAN relations have achieved a great deal in the Golden decade, but as we move towards the Diamond decade, we find that Under the new international conditions, the bilateral relations tied up by the win-win benefits of bilateral economic cooperation tend to be separated from each other. In order to deepen the China-ASEAN relationship and build a successful "Diamond decade", the Chinese government has put forward a series of initiatives to deepen bilateral cooperation, starting from the political and economic aspects, trying to resolve the constraints of lack of political mutual trust. However, considering the strategy of maintaining the same distance diplomacy with the great powers and the difficulty of resolving some existing problems between China and ASEAN, it is expected that the China-ASEAN relationship will mainly depend on the benefits of economic cooperation in the future.
