【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)發(fā)展和技術進步的速度加快,人類的生產活動已經和環(huán)境質量之間產生了矛盾。近來,這種多年積攢下的環(huán)境污染問題集中爆發(fā),導致霧霾天氣等社會問題頻發(fā)。 這些問題主要源于工業(yè)生產導致大量污染物排放。文章為幫助解決該現(xiàn)狀獻計獻策,電力供應行業(yè)的生產造成二氧化硫污染最為嚴重,本文針對該行業(yè)的二氧化硫排放問題展開研究。本文通過收集與電力行業(yè)二氧化硫排放有關的數(shù)據(jù),利用SPSS18.0軟件進行實證分析,推出技術創(chuàng)新、產業(yè)結構等因素對降低該行業(yè)二氧化硫排放量和提升該行業(yè)的二氧化硫處置率等影響作用。 文章收集了2003-2012年《中國統(tǒng)計年鑒》、《中國環(huán)境統(tǒng)計年鑒》電力供應行業(yè)的二氧化硫排放量、處置量,工業(yè)產值、國內生產總值和排污費等數(shù)據(jù)。首先對技術創(chuàng)新、產業(yè)結構、環(huán)境規(guī)制等與電力供應行業(yè)排放量和處置率的相關性研究。剔除出環(huán)境規(guī)制變量,進一步構建模型。通過單位根檢驗,協(xié)整檢驗以及格蘭杰因果分析,分析產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級對二氧化硫排放的影響,技術創(chuàng)新對該行業(yè)二氧化硫處置率的影響。然后尋找促進產業(yè)機構調整和技術創(chuàng)新的影響因素。最后基于上述分析結果提出相應的解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry and technological progress, there has been a contradiction between human production and environmental quality. Recently, these years of accumulated environmental pollution problems concentrated, resulting in haze weather and other social problems. These problems are mainly due to industrial production resulting in a large number of pollutant emissions. In order to help solve this situation, the production of power supply industry causes the most serious pollution of sulfur dioxide. This paper studies the emission of sulfur dioxide in this industry. Through collecting the data related to sulfur dioxide emission in power industry and using SPSS18.0 software to carry out empirical analysis, this paper puts forward technological innovation. The industrial structure and other factors have an effect on reducing the sulfur dioxide emissions and improving the disposal rate of sulfur dioxide in the industry. The data of sulfur dioxide emission, disposal amount, industrial output value, gross domestic product (GDP) and sewage charge of electric power supply industry from 2003 to 2012 are collected. Firstly, the relationship between technological innovation, industrial structure, environmental regulation and power supply industry emissions and disposal rate is studied. Remove the environmental regulation variables, and further build the model. Through unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality analysis, this paper analyzes the impact of industrial structure optimization and upgrading on sulfur dioxide emissions, and the influence of technological innovation on the disposal rate of sulfur dioxide in this industry. Then look for the influencing factors to promote the adjustment of industrial institutions and technological innovation. Finally, based on the above analysis results, the corresponding solutions are proposed.
