【摘要】：中國(guó)東北地區(qū)在參與東北亞跨境次區(qū)域合作取得一定進(jìn)展的同時(shí),受多種因素的影響,其對(duì)外開放和國(guó)際區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化水平依然較低。通過引力模型測(cè)量邊界效應(yīng),研究結(jié)果表明,中國(guó)東北地區(qū)參與東北亞次區(qū)域合作面臨較高的邊界效應(yīng),各距離變量中,以實(shí)際陸路距離衡量的邊界效應(yīng)值最高,陸路交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的不完善是影響東北亞區(qū)域一體化的重要因素;沿海城市、沿邊城市、行政級(jí)別較高的城市在對(duì)外貿(mào)易中表現(xiàn)出明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)。研究認(rèn)為,構(gòu)建東北地區(qū)陸路和海上絲綢之路,對(duì)推動(dòng)跨境交通連接、降低東北地區(qū)參與東北亞次區(qū)域合作的邊界效應(yīng)十分有益。
[Abstract]:While the Northeast China has made some progress in its participation in cross-border sub-regional cooperation in Northeast Asia, its level of opening to the outside world and international regional economic integration is still low due to the influence of many factors. The boundary effect is measured by gravity model. The results show that Northeast China's participation in Northeast Asia subregional cooperation faces a high boundary effect. Among the distance variables, the actual land distance is the highest. The imperfect infrastructure of land transportation is an important factor affecting the regional integration in Northeast Asia, and coastal cities, bordering cities and cities with higher administrative level have obvious advantages in foreign trade. It is believed that the construction of the land and sea Silk Road in Northeast China is very beneficial to promote cross-border traffic links and reduce the border effects of Northeast Asia's participation in sub-regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.
