【摘要】：對外貿易、外商直接投資是否對經濟的增長存在影響以及影響如何，這方面的研究對于學者們一直是熱點問題，國內外學者利用理論和實證方法在這方面展開了研究，但都沒有得到統(tǒng)一的結論。 對于對外貿易、外商直接投資對經濟增長的影響，具體問題應該具體分析。具體到浙江省，浙江抓住改革開放這一機遇，加快對外開放腳步，在對外經濟上取得了很大成就。改革開放以來，浙江省GDP以及本省GDP與全國GDP的比值都呈逐年上升趨勢；而且浙江省對外貿易額和吸收外資額近三十年來一直穩(wěn)步提升。通過浙江省對外貿易與外商直接投資的現狀分析，考察對外貿易、外商直接投資對浙江省經濟增長的影響路徑有重要意義。 對外貿易、外商直接投資主要通過資本積累、技術進步等途徑促進經濟的增長。本文通過線性回歸、VAR模型、面板數據分析等計量方法實證分析對外貿易、外商直接投資是否通過上述途徑促進了經濟增長，并對得出的結果進行比較分析�；谕獠勘容^視角，浙江省對外貿易和外商直接投資均能通過資本積累促進經濟的增長，但從影響系數看，在外商直接投資與經濟增長不加入國內投資、勞動等控制變量時，浙江省外商直接投資對經濟增長的促進作用大于對外貿易的作用；加入控制變量后，外商直接投資的促進作用小于對外貿易；浙江省對外貿易沒有通過技術進步途徑對經濟增長產生積極影響，而外商直接投資存在著顯著的技術溢出效應�；趦炔勘容^視角，從資本積累和技術進步途徑分析的對外貿易量對經濟增長的影響可知，對外貿易量通過資本積累途徑對經濟增長的影響比通過技術進步途徑對經濟增長的影響大；貿易結構對經濟增長的影響，，2002年以前資本積累途徑產生的作用大于技術進步途徑，2002年以后后者的影響大于前者；外商直接投資通過資本積累途徑對經濟增長的影響比技術溢出對經濟增長的影響大。另外，人力資本、市場體制、研發(fā)以及基礎設施等因素都能促進浙江省技術溢出吸收能力的提高。 因此，浙江省在未來的發(fā)展中首先應采取措施，優(yōu)化貿易結構，促進貿易對經濟增長的積極影響；其次，浙江應該增加外商直接投資的引進，改善外商直接投資結構；最后，浙江省應該注重外資企業(yè)的技術溢出效應，重視人才的引進和培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Foreign trade, foreign direct investment (FDI) has an impact on economic growth, and the research on this aspect has been a hot issue for scholars. Scholars at home and abroad have made use of theoretical and empirical methods to carry out research in this area. But there is no uniform conclusion. For foreign trade, the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth, specific issues should be specifically analyzed. In Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang has made great achievements in foreign economy by seizing the opportunity of reform and opening to the outside world. Since the reform and opening up, the GDP of Zhejiang Province and the ratio of GDP to national GDP have been rising year by year, and the amount of foreign trade and the amount of absorbing foreign capital in Zhejiang Province have been steadily increasing in the past 30 years. Through the analysis of the current situation of foreign trade and foreign direct investment in Zhejiang Province, it is of great significance to investigate the influence of foreign trade and foreign direct investment on the economic growth of Zhejiang Province. Foreign trade, foreign direct investment mainly through the accumulation of capital, technological progress and other ways to promote economic growth. This paper empirically analyzes foreign trade by means of linear regression VAR model panel data analysis and so on. Whether foreign direct investment promotes economic growth through the above approaches and makes a comparative analysis of the results obtained. From the perspective of external comparison, both foreign trade and foreign direct investment in Zhejiang Province can promote economic growth through capital accumulation, but from the perspective of influence coefficient, when foreign direct investment and economic growth do not join domestic investment, labor and other control variables. The promoting effect of foreign direct investment on economic growth in Zhejiang Province is greater than that of foreign trade, and the promotion effect of foreign direct investment is less than that of foreign trade after adding control variables. Foreign trade in Zhejiang Province has not had a positive impact on economic growth through the way of technological progress, while foreign direct investment has a significant technology spillover effect. Based on the perspective of internal comparison, from the perspective of capital accumulation and technological progress, the impact of the amount of foreign trade on economic growth can be seen. The influence of the amount of foreign trade on economic growth through the way of capital accumulation is greater than that on economic growth through the way of technological progress. The influence of trade structure on economic growth is greater than that of technological progress before 2002, and the influence of the latter is greater than that of the former after 2002. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has more influence on economic growth through capital accumulation than technology spillover. In addition, human capital, market system, R & D and infrastructure can promote the absorption capacity of technology spillover in Zhejiang Province. Therefore, in the future development of Zhejiang Province, first of all, measures should be taken to optimize the trade structure and promote the positive impact of trade on economic growth. Secondly, Zhejiang should increase the introduction of foreign direct investment and improve the structure of foreign direct investment. Zhejiang Province should pay attention to the technology spillover effect of foreign enterprises and pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of talents.
