【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已經(jīng)成為一種世界性的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象，引起了許多國家和地區(qū)的重視。近年來，我國產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在許多地區(qū)呈現(xiàn)出集群化發(fā)展的趨勢，西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展也初具規(guī)模，但西安地區(qū)的工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展尚處在初級階段。論文在對西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進行統(tǒng)計分析的基礎(chǔ)上，運用定量與定性分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，剖析了西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與經(jīng)濟增長關(guān)系。首先，對西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，并運用區(qū)位商法對西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進行識別。其次，運用聚類分析法對西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進行分類，以進一步剖析西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展特點。再次，應(yīng)用科布-道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)作為模型基礎(chǔ)，分析了西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與經(jīng)濟增長之間的相互關(guān)系。最后，對推動西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展提出了對策建議。 論文得出了以下兩點結(jié)論：第一，，西安工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群主要集中為三個層次；第一個層次為交通運輸設(shè)備制造業(yè)，具有技術(shù)密集、資本密集、就業(yè)容量大等特點。第二個層次為電力、熱力的生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)業(yè)，屬于能源資源性行業(yè)。第三個層次為以輕工業(yè)、基礎(chǔ)裝備制造業(yè)為主的傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，這類產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)造的產(chǎn)值相對一般，需要的固定資產(chǎn)相對較低，但能夠吸納的就業(yè)人數(shù)相對較多。第二，不同工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群生產(chǎn)要素投入對產(chǎn)出的影響程度存在差異，即不同的工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群固定資產(chǎn)凈值和從業(yè)人員的投入對其工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值的影響迥然相異。從業(yè)人數(shù)的增長與交通運輸設(shè)備制造業(yè)、專用設(shè)備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)值呈相反的變動，此類行業(yè)應(yīng)著力提升投資規(guī)模、技術(shù)水平和管理水平。固定資產(chǎn)投資對所有六大行業(yè)均起正向推動作用。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster has become a worldwide economic phenomenon, which has attracted the attention of many countries and regions. In recent years, China's industrial development has shown a trend of cluster development in many areas, Xi'an industrial cluster development is also beginning to take shape, but Xi'an industrial cluster development is still in the primary stage. Based on the statistical analysis of Xi'an industrial cluster, this paper analyzes the relationship between Xi'an industrial cluster and economic growth by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Firstly, the present situation of Xi'an industrial cluster is analyzed, and the location quotient method is used to identify Xi'an industrial cluster. Secondly, cluster analysis is used to classify Xi'an industrial clusters to further analyze the development characteristics of Xi'an industrial clusters. Thirdly, the relationship between Xi'an industrial cluster and economic growth is analyzed based on Cobb-Douglas production function. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of Xi'an industrial cluster. The paper draws the following two conclusions: first, Xi'an industrial cluster is mainly concentrated in three levels, the first level is transportation equipment manufacturing industry, with the characteristics of technology-intensive, capital-intensive, employment capacity and so on. The second level is electric power, thermal production and supply industry, belong to energy resource industry. The third level is the traditional industrial cluster which is light industry and basic equipment manufacturing industry. The output value created by this kind of industry is relatively general and the fixed assets needed are relatively low but the number of employed people can be absorbed relatively more. Second, there are differences in the degree of the effect of the input of production factors on the output in different industrial clusters, that is, the net fixed assets and the input of employees in different industrial clusters have very different effects on the total industrial output value. The increase of the number of employees is opposite to that of the transportation equipment manufacturing and the special equipment manufacturing industry, so the investment scale, technical level and management level should be improved. Fixed asset investment to all six major industries are playing a positive role.
