【摘要】：從全國范圍來看,河南省是資源稟賦最優(yōu)越的省份之一,人力資源充裕,位于全國的中樞地位,又是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品主產(chǎn)區(qū),而且已連續(xù)幾年保持全國經(jīng)濟總量第五的位置,然而這樣一個歷史悠久、資源豐富的地區(qū),卻不被視為經(jīng)濟大省,與排列在前四位的廣東、江蘇、山東和浙江沿海四省相比,仍然給人以落后的形象。2012年11月,中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)的建設(shè)有了綱領(lǐng)性文件——《中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)規(guī)劃》,關(guān)于中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)的建設(shè)規(guī)劃問題已上升到國家戰(zhàn)略地位。所以文章從中心城市鄭州市著手研究,在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)的研究方法和理論框架下,從鄭州對外圍城市的輻射力和經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系強度方面做了理論上和實證上的研究,希望能對河南省的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供些許依據(jù),以及對中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)的建設(shè)提供些許參考意見。 論文是通過城市的綜合實力比較和城市間的經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系強度兩方面對輻射效應(yīng)進行研究,其中所作的研究內(nèi)容主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：本文在經(jīng)濟學(xué)關(guān)于聚集-擴散、經(jīng)濟輻射理論以及經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系強度理論的指導(dǎo)下,總結(jié)前人對輻射效應(yīng)的研究和相關(guān)涵義的界定基礎(chǔ)上,首先對鄭州市及外圍城市的經(jīng)濟總量、經(jīng)濟流量和經(jīng)濟質(zhì)量相關(guān)指標進行比較,從表面的宏觀數(shù)據(jù)上進行分析,并作出鄭州對對外圍城市的輻射效應(yīng)的綜合評價；進而運用主成分分析法,測度出中心城市和外圍城市的經(jīng)濟綜合實力的量化比較；然后對鄭州與外圍城市的經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系強度又進行了計算分析,最終得出以下幾個結(jié)論：河南省整體區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡；鄭州市作為中心城市的輻射帶動效應(yīng)欠佳；南陽和開封呈現(xiàn)特殊的發(fā)展態(tài)勢；以及鄭州對外圍城市的輻射力和經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系強度呈現(xiàn)出明顯的區(qū)域性。文章最后提出了如何擴大鄭州的輻射效應(yīng)及促進鄭州與外圍城市協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策思考。
[Abstract]:From the whole country , Henan Province is one of the most advantageous provinces in resources endowment . Human resources are abundant , located in the central place of the whole country , it is the main production area of agricultural products , but it is still a backward image compared with the four provinces in Guangdong , Jiangsu , Shandong and Zhejiang provinces .

This paper studies the radiation effect through the comparison of the comprehensive strength of the city and the economic link strength between cities . The research content is mainly embodied in the following aspects : the paper compares the economic total quantity , economic flow rate and economic quality related indexes of the former to the radiation effect under the guidance of the theory of aggregation - diffusion , economic radiation theory and economic link strength , analyses the macroscopic data of the surface , and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the radiation effect of Zhengzhou on the peripheral cities ;
Then the main component analysis method is used to measure the quantitative comparison of the economic comprehensive strength of the central city and the peripheral city ;
Then the economic relation intensity of Zhengzhou and the surrounding city is calculated and analyzed , and finally the following conclusions are drawn : the development of the whole region of Henan Province is not balanced ;
Zhengzhou , as the central city , has poor radiation - driving effect ;
Nanyang and Kaifeng have special development situation ;
In the end , the author put forward how to enlarge the radiation effect of Zhengzhou and promote the coordinated development of Zhengzhou and peripheral cities .
