【摘要】：正今年是"十二五"收官之年、"十三五"謀局之年。未來五年,北京應(yīng)作何謀劃、如何開局?多方關(guān)注,高度期待。判斷好國內(nèi)外形勢當(dāng)今乃全球化時代,國際國內(nèi)形勢聯(lián)動,相互牽引,利害膠著,各國各地都難以置身事外。謀劃一城發(fā)展當(dāng)以判識大勢為先,粗觀"十三五"時期:從國際上看,處于幾大勢力激烈的劃分地緣版圖時期,從俄烏邊境、中東到西太,業(yè)已進(jìn)入到直接的爭奪和深度博弈狀態(tài)。其次,全球經(jīng)貿(mào)格局出現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:This year is the year of "12th Five-Year" and the year of the "13th Five-Year" bureau. In the next five years, what should Beijing plan and how to start? Many concerns and high expectations. It is judged that the situation at home and abroad is a globalization era, the international and domestic situations are linked, mutual traction, interest glue, and all parts of the country are difficult to put out. First, the "13th Five-Year" period: from the international point of view, it is in the period of a few big forces to divide the geopolitical map. From the Russian and Ukrainian borders, the Middle East to the west, it has entered the state of direct contention and deep game. Secondly, the global economic and trade pattern appears.
