【摘要】：現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的過程,是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相互依存、相互作用并不斷發(fā)展的過程。經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級,合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也會有利于經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。大量的調(diào)查研究表明,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個重要表現(xiàn)是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化和升級。合理的調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),會促進(jìn)和實現(xiàn)資源更有效的配置,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)一個國家或地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。對于發(fā)展中國家來說,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理調(diào)整對于一個國家和地區(qū)快速實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化具有非常重要的作用,日本、新加坡、韓國等國家的實踐給予了很好地證明。因此,關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的實踐和研究,自我國改革開放以來從未停滯。但是,目前關(guān)于如何評價一個地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的效率問題,仍然沒有得到很好的解決。特別是隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,跨國、跨區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)影響日益成為區(qū)域發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵影響因素。文章的貢獻(xiàn)在于,結(jié)合我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實際,對區(qū)域和區(qū)域間產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計測度。 文章基于動態(tài)偏離-份額分析空間拓展模型,結(jié)合我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實際情況對其作了進(jìn)一步拓展,改進(jìn)了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)的測度方法,提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效率與集聚效率的概念,并提出了具體的測度方法。文章選取我國典型區(qū)域——長三角地區(qū)作為研究案例,以2006-2011年為研究期,以廣義范圍內(nèi)長三角地區(qū)的工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值為樣本數(shù)據(jù),從區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效率、區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)、區(qū)域集聚效率等視角,系統(tǒng)地測度了長三角地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況。結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)理論對統(tǒng)計測度結(jié)果進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The process of modern economic growth is a process in which economic growth and industrial structure depend on each other and interact with each other. Economic growth promotes the upgrading of industrial structure, and a reasonable industrial structure will be conducive to the sustainable development of the economy. A large number of investigations show that an important performance of economic development is the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Reasonable adjustment of industrial structure will promote and realize more effective allocation of resources and further promote the economic growth of a country or region. For developing countries, the rational adjustment of industrial structure plays a very important role in the rapid realization of industrialization in a country or region. The practice of Japan, Singapore, South Korea and other countries has proved it well. Therefore, the practice and research on industrial development and industrial structure adjustment have never stopped since China's reform and opening up. However, how to evaluate the efficiency of a region's industrial structure is still not well solved. Especially with the globalization of economy, cross-regional industrial influence is becoming the key factor of regional development. The contribution of this paper lies in the statistical measurement of the influence of regional and interregional industrial structure development based on the reality of regional economic development in China. Based on the spatial expansion model of dynamic deviation-share analysis and the actual situation of regional economic development in China, this paper further expands it and improves the measurement method of regional industrial association. The concept of industrial structure efficiency and agglomeration efficiency is put forward, and the concrete measure method is put forward. This paper selects the typical region of China-Yangtze River Delta as a case study, taking 2006-2011 as the research period, taking the total industrial output value of the Yangtze River Delta region as the sample data, from the regional industrial structure efficiency, the regional structure effect. From the perspective of regional agglomeration efficiency, this paper systematically measures the industrial development of Yangtze River Delta. Based on the economic theory, the economic analysis of the statistical measurement results is carried out, and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
