【摘要】：經(jīng)濟增長是經(jīng)濟學理論研究中的重要問題之一,可以用生產(chǎn)函數(shù)來反映經(jīng)濟體的投入與產(chǎn)出之間的數(shù)量關系,運用計量經(jīng)濟學分析方法,從新古典增長理論的索洛模型出發(fā),研究開發(fā)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟增長。本文借鑒和參考相關文獻已經(jīng)闡述的開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展理論和經(jīng)濟增長理論的研究成果,根據(jù)所掌握的2006-2010年山東省開發(fā)區(qū)的相關數(shù)據(jù),但鑒于開發(fā)區(qū)相關數(shù)據(jù)的缺乏、獲取的不可得及局限性,本文僅選擇了資本、勞動以及全要素生產(chǎn)率作為分析研究開發(fā)區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的主要變量,運用開發(fā)區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長要素分析模型研究與測算了這些要素對于山東經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的影響。在運用生產(chǎn)函數(shù)研究經(jīng)濟增長的各種文獻中,都包含有資本和勞動這兩個基本的生產(chǎn)要素。本文構建了基于C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)的開發(fā)區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長要素分析模型,從不同區(qū)域、不同行政區(qū)劃類型、不同等級規(guī)模的開發(fā)區(qū)以及山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)的開發(fā)區(qū)等四個方面出發(fā),運用Eviews6.0計量經(jīng)濟學軟件,對山東開發(fā)區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的要素分析模型進行了回歸分析,研究在不同條件下開發(fā)區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長要素對經(jīng)濟增長的影響。結(jié)果表明,在不同類型開發(fā)區(qū)的回歸模型中,資本與勞動的產(chǎn)出彈性系數(shù)均對開發(fā)區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長具有正向作用,勞動的產(chǎn)出彈性系數(shù)均比資本的產(chǎn)出彈性系數(shù)高,表明開發(fā)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟增長呈現(xiàn)勞動密集型特征：而且,大多數(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)的資本與勞動二者的產(chǎn)出彈性系數(shù)之和明顯大于1,表明開發(fā)區(qū)的產(chǎn)出存在著規(guī)模報酬遞增現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Economic growth is one of the most important problems in the study of economic theory. The production function can be used to reflect the quantitative relationship between the input and output of the economy. By means of econometric analysis, the Solow model of neoclassical growth theory can be used. To study the economic growth of the development zone. This paper draws lessons from and refers to the research results of the development theory and the economic growth theory of the development zone that has been elaborated in the relevant literature, according to the relevant data of Shandong province development zone from 2006 to 2010, but in view of the lack of the relevant data of the development zone, In this paper, capital, labor and total factor productivity are selected as the main variables of economic growth. The influence of these factors on the economic growth of Shandong Economic Development Zone is studied and calculated by using the economic growth factor analysis model of the development zone. There are two basic factors of production, capital and labor, in the literature of using production function to study economic growth. In this paper, an analysis model of economic growth factors of development zones based on C-D production function is constructed, which starts from four aspects: different regions, different administrative divisions, different levels of development zones and development zones in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula. With the help of Eviews6.0 econometrics software, this paper makes a regression analysis on the factors of economic growth in Shandong Development Zone, and studies the influence of the factors of economic growth on economic growth under different conditions. The results show that in the regression models of different types of development zones, the output elasticity coefficient of capital and labor has a positive effect on the economic growth of the development zone, and the output elasticity coefficient of labor is higher than that of capital. It shows that the economic growth of the development zone is labor-intensive. Moreover, the sum of the output elasticity coefficient of capital and labor in most development zones is obviously greater than 1, which indicates that the output of the development zone has the phenomenon of increasing returns of scale.
