【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷發(fā)展,外商直接投資已經(jīng)成為影響東道國,尤其是發(fā)展中東道國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要因素。在引進(jìn)FDI方面,中國雖然取得了舉世矚目的成就,但FDI對中國,特別是對并不發(fā)達(dá)的中西部省份產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的作用機(jī)制與影響效果卻有待考究。FDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動是否存在影響,影響的程度與作用機(jī)制究竟如何?這些問題一直都是學(xué)界研究和討論的熱點(diǎn)。因此,本文將以湖南省為研究對象,運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析的方法,從產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值與比重兩個角度衡量FDI對湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的具體影響。 本文首先通過簡單梳理FDI理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論以及兩者之間相互關(guān)系理論,明確了FDI對東道國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的雙重影響。在回顧了前人關(guān)于FDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響的實(shí)證文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提煉出了FDI促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的機(jī)理,整理出了本文進(jìn)行研究的整體思路和方向。其次,論文詳細(xì)地分析了湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀以及三次產(chǎn)業(yè)利用FDI的發(fā)展情況。然后,采用線性回歸模型從產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值的角度、采用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型從三次產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值占GDP的比重的角度分別測算了FDI對湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的具體影響。最后,論文簡要介紹了國內(nèi)外利用FDI優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),以此提出了對湖南省利用FDI促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的相關(guān)思考。 本文認(rèn)為,近年來湖南省的FDI與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)都保持著整體上升、波動較大的趨勢。從影響效果來看,FDI的進(jìn)入確實(shí)對湖南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整產(chǎn)生了比較顯著的影響。從產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值的層面分析,FDI對湖南省三次產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值起到了一定的提升作用。從比重層面來分析,FDI促使湖南省第一產(chǎn)業(yè)所占比重小幅下降,相應(yīng)地,第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)所占比重小幅上升。為了不斷提高湖南省利用外資的質(zhì)量和效果,充分發(fā)揮FDI在促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級方面的積極作用,本文認(rèn)為,湖南省應(yīng)著力從投資環(huán)境的改善、引資激勵政策的提升、自主創(chuàng)新能力的提高以及產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的維護(hù)等方面進(jìn)行努力。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) has become an important factor affecting the economic development and industrial structure adjustment of host countries, especially developing countries. Although China has made remarkable achievements in introducing FDI, the mechanism and effect of FDI on the industrial structure of China, especially on the underdeveloped central and western provinces, need to be studied to see if there is any influence on the change of industrial structure. What is the degree of influence and its mechanism? These problems have always been the focus of academic research and discussion. Therefore, this article will take Hunan Province as the research object, uses the empirical analysis method, from the industrial added value and the proportion two angle measures the FDI to Hunan Province industrial structure concrete influence. Firstly, by simply combing the theory of FDI, the theory of industrial structure and the theory of relationship between the two, this paper clarifies the dual influence of FDI on the industrial structure of host country. On the basis of reviewing the previous empirical literature on the influence of FDI on industrial structure, this paper abstracts the mechanism of FDI to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, and puts forward the overall thinking and direction of the research in this paper. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of Hunan's industrial structure and the development of three industries' utilization of FDI in detail. Then, from the point of view of industrial added value using linear regression model and panel data model, this paper calculates the specific influence of FDI on the industrial structure of Hunan Province from the perspective of the proportion of the third industry added value to GDP. Finally, the paper briefly introduces the successful experience of using FDI to optimize the industrial structure at home and abroad, and puts forward some thoughts on how to promote the industrial structure optimization and upgrading by using FDI in Hunan Province. In recent years, the FDI and industrial structure of Hunan Province have maintained a trend of increasing and fluctuating. The effect of FDI on the industrial structure adjustment of Hunan Province is obvious. From the aspect of industrial added value, FDI has played a certain role in promoting the three industrial added value of Hunan province. From the aspect of proportion, FDI causes the proportion of the primary industry to decrease slightly, and correspondingly, the proportion of the tertiary industry increases slightly. In order to continuously improve the quality and effect of foreign capital utilization in Hunan Province and give full play to the positive role of FDI in promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, this paper holds that Hunan Province should focus on the improvement of investment environment and the promotion of investment incentive policy. Independent innovation ability improvement and industry safety maintenance and other aspects of efforts.
