【摘要】：千百年來(lái)共同富裕一直是人們追求的目標(biāo)。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)，我國(guó)社會(huì)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平已經(jīng)步入到中等收入國(guó)家的行列。與此同時(shí)，居民收入及財(cái)富分配格局發(fā)生了重大變化，表現(xiàn)為在人民生活水平和富裕程度普遍提高的狀況下，社會(huì)成員之間利益分配出現(xiàn)了明顯的失衡，隨之產(chǎn)生了貧富差距不斷擴(kuò)大的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象，并且在很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)期內(nèi)社會(huì)中大部分人錯(cuò)誤的將共同富裕理解為同時(shí)、同步富裕。在貧富差距過(guò)大和錯(cuò)誤理解共同富裕理論的狀況下，有些人開(kāi)始質(zhì)疑走中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義道路能否真正實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕。因此，如何正確看待和理解我國(guó)的貧富差距現(xiàn)象，如何正確認(rèn)識(shí)和理解共同富裕，就成為關(guān)系到廣大人民群眾信任社會(huì)主義理念的大問(wèn)題。針對(duì)該問(wèn)題，本文旨在理論上對(duì)其加以正確指引，并為實(shí)踐提供相應(yīng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 本文通過(guò)分析我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)居民貧富差距的現(xiàn)狀及成因，，使人們能理性的看待現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)貧富差距產(chǎn)生的必然性；客觀的指出我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段貧富差距的程度還未達(dá)到兩極分化；闡述了共同富裕與貧富差距的關(guān)系，從而在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下對(duì)共同富裕進(jìn)行了重新注釋。最后，提出了在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕的主要對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:For thousands of years, common prosperity has been the goal of people. Since the reform and opening up, with the development of market economy and industrialization, our country has stepped into the ranks of middle income countries. At the same time, significant changes have taken place in the pattern of income and wealth distribution of the residents, which is manifested in the obvious imbalance in the distribution of benefits among the members of society under the condition of the general improvement of the living standards and the degree of affluence of the people. The economic phenomenon of the widening gap between the rich and the poor has resulted, and in a very long period of time, most people misunderstand common prosperity as simultaneous and simultaneous prosperity. Under the condition that the gap between the rich and the poor is too large and the theory of common prosperity is misinterpreted, some people begin to question whether the socialist road with Chinese characteristics can really realize common prosperity. Therefore, how to correctly treat and understand the gap between the rich and the poor in China and how to correctly understand and understand the common prosperity has become a major problem related to the trust of the broad masses of the people in the concept of socialism. Aiming at this problem, this paper aims to guide it theoretically and provide a theoretical basis for practice. By analyzing the present situation and causes of the gap between the rich and the poor of the urban residents in our country, this paper makes people look at the inevitability of the gap between the rich and the poor at the present stage, and points out objectively that the degree of the gap between the rich and the poor in our country has not reached the polarization. This paper expounds the relationship between common prosperity and the gap between rich and poor, and reinterprets common prosperity under the background of market economy. Finally, the paper puts forward the main countermeasures and suggestions to realize common prosperity under the background of socialist market economy.
