【摘要】：近年來(lái)，浙江省勞動(dòng)力用工成本上升、能源資源稀缺及環(huán)境狀況惡化狀況加劇，整體市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力也在加大，多種因素導(dǎo)致浙江企業(yè)省外投資的現(xiàn)象非常顯著，，浙江企業(yè)省外投資行為對(duì)浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)也產(chǎn)生了一定影響。上市公司作為省內(nèi)規(guī)模以上企業(yè)的代表，其對(duì)省外投資規(guī)模逐年擴(kuò)大，很大程度上反映了浙江省內(nèi)資本開(kāi)始大規(guī)模布局全國(guó)的趨勢(shì)。本文運(yùn)用直接投資理論，以浙江上市公司為視角，分析浙江上市公司省外投資的現(xiàn)狀、動(dòng)因、影響因素及其對(duì)浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)的效應(yīng)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議，以為政府決策與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 文章發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前浙江上市公司省外投資額呈逐年遞增趨勢(shì)，年末累計(jì)額年均增長(zhǎng)約40%，根據(jù)推算，浙江企業(yè)在省外的資產(chǎn)或已占浙江企業(yè)省內(nèi)資產(chǎn)的10%左右，若僅算企業(yè)資產(chǎn)，則相當(dāng)于有0.1個(gè)浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)在省外。后分析發(fā)現(xiàn)浙江上市公司省外投資的動(dòng)因主要有利用省外勞動(dòng)力、自然資源等直接動(dòng)機(jī)和產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移等客觀經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律推動(dòng)原因。浙江上市公司省外投資的影響因素主要包括當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況、消費(fèi)能力、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本和基礎(chǔ)配套設(shè)施這四個(gè)方面。文章還分析了浙江上市公司省外投資對(duì)浙江的四大經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)和人民生活質(zhì)量效應(yīng)。發(fā)現(xiàn)浙江上市公司省外投資對(duì)浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有一定的負(fù)面影響，而對(duì)浙江產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化有積極作用，尤其是浙江上市公司增加對(duì)省外第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資，將生產(chǎn)制造環(huán)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移到省外，更有利于浙江產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。浙江上市公司省外投資對(duì)浙江就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也有優(yōu)化促進(jìn)作用，但是其和浙江城鎮(zhèn)居民收入水平之間不存在長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系。 在分析浙江上市公司省外投資的動(dòng)因、影響因素及經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)之后，結(jié)合當(dāng)前省外投資的特點(diǎn)及面臨的問(wèn)題，提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議，望有助于正確引導(dǎo)浙江省企業(yè)省外投資的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, labor costs in Zhejiang have risen, energy resources are scarce and environmental conditions are worsening, and the overall market competition pressure is increasing. Many factors lead to the remarkable phenomenon of Zhejiang enterprises' investment outside the province. The investment behavior of Zhejiang enterprises also has a certain influence on the economy of Zhejiang. On behalf of the enterprises above, the scale of the investment in the province is expanding year by year. To a great extent, it reflects the trend of large scale distribution of capital in Zhejiang province. Using direct investment theory and taking Zhejiang listed companies as the angle of view, this paper analyzes the appearance, motivation, influence factors and the effect on the economy of Zhejiang's Listed Companies in the perspective of Zhejiang listed companies. On this basis, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide scientific basis for government decision-making and enterprise strategic choice.
The article found that the current investment of Zhejiang listed companies increased year by year, and the annual cumulative amount increased by about 40%. According to the calculation, the assets of Zhejiang enterprises in the provinces of Zhejiang have accounted for about 10% of the capital of Zhejiang enterprises. If only the enterprise assets were calculated, there were 0.1 Zhejiang economies outside the province. After that, the analysis found the provinces of Zhejiang listed companies. The main reasons for the external investment are the use of the external labor force, the direct motivation of natural resources and the industrial gradient transfer, and other objective economic laws. The factors affecting the investment of Zhejiang listed companies mainly include the local economic development, consumption capacity, operation cost and basic supporting facilities. The article also analyzes Zhejiang Province. The four economic effects of the foreign investment on Zhejiang are: economic growth effect, industrial structure effect, employment structure effect and people's quality of life effect. It is found that the foreign investment of Zhejiang listed companies has certain negative effects on the economic growth of Zhejiang, and has positive effect on the optimization of Zhejiang industrial structure, especially in Zhejiang listed companies. To increase the investment in the second industry outside the province and transfer the production and manufacturing links to the outside of the province, it is more conducive to the industrial transformation and the optimization of the industrial structure in Zhejiang. The investment of the Zhejiang listed companies also has an optimization effect on the employment structure of Zhejiang, but there is no long-term stable relationship with the income level of the urban residents in Zhejiang.
After analyzing the reasons, influencing factors and economic effects of the Zhejiang listed companies, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations in combination with the characteristics and problems facing the current investment in the province outside the province, and hopes to guide the stable development of the foreign investment of the enterprises in Zhejiang province.
