后金融危機時代我國擴大消費需求問題研究

【摘要】:金融危機后,我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的主要內(nèi)外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了較大的變化,出口、投資和內(nèi)需這三個拉動經(jīng)濟增長的主要因素中,出口與投資表現(xiàn)出不同程度的發(fā)展困境,因此擴大國內(nèi)消費需求、促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展也就成為后金融危機時代我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。馬克思主義消費觀指出了消費對于社會再生產(chǎn)的重要反作用力,,明確了消費通過影響社會再生產(chǎn),從而進一步影響社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展循環(huán)的重要論點。在這一理論體系中,馬克思主義經(jīng)濟學研究者對消費需求的影響因素及如何有效地擴大消費需求進行了系統(tǒng)的論述,這為本文研究奠定了豐富的理論基礎。 本文研究以馬克思主義消費理論為主要理論支撐,結合后金融危機時代我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的主要環(huán)境,分析擴大國內(nèi)消費需求對后金融危機時代我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的特殊重要意義,并由此展開系統(tǒng)論證。第一,本文對馬克思主義和西方的消費理論進行簡要介紹,明確我國擴大消費必須以馬克思主義消費觀為指導的發(fā)展方向;第二,對后金融危機時代的時代特征,尤其是我國在后金融危機時代的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展特征進行描述,明確我國在后金融危機時代擴大消費需求的重要意義;第三,明確在后金融危機時代我國國內(nèi)消費需求的特征,以及刺激消費政策的效果等,形成對后金融危機時代我國國內(nèi)消費需求不足現(xiàn)狀的客觀評價;第四,結合馬克思消費理論,分析制約后金融危機時代我國國內(nèi)需求擴大化的主要因素,包括居民可支配收入、收入差距、價格波動、消費預期、社會保障、供求結構等層面的因素對我國國內(nèi)需求不足問題形成的影響情況;第五,從消費對社會再生產(chǎn)的反作用理論出發(fā),結合我國實際,充分明確在后金融危機時代我國國內(nèi)消費需求擴大的必要性;第六,針對限制我國后金融危機時代國內(nèi)需求擴大的因素制定針對性解決方案,以期制定有效的措施,促進國內(nèi)消費需求合理擴大。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis, the main internal and external environment of China's economic and social development has undergone great changes. Among the three main factors of economic growth, export, investment and domestic demand, export and investment show different degrees of development difficulties. Therefore, expanding domestic consumption demand and promoting economic development will become an important part of China's economic development in the post-financial crisis era. Marxist consumption view points out the important reaction force of consumption to social reproduction. It clarifies the important argument that consumption affects social reproduction and thus further affects the cycle of social and economic development. In this theoretical system, The researchers of Marxist economics have systematically discussed the influencing factors of consumption demand and how to expand consumption demand effectively, which has laid a rich theoretical foundation for the study of this paper. This paper studies the main environment of China's economic and social development in the post-financial crisis era, based on the Marxist consumption theory as the main theoretical support. This paper analyzes the special significance of expanding domestic consumption demand to the economic development of our country in the post-financial crisis era, and then starts a systematic demonstration. First, this paper briefly introduces Marxism and western consumption theory. It is clear that the expansion of consumption in China must be guided by the Marxist view of consumption. Secondly, it describes the characteristics of the era of the post-financial crisis, especially the characteristics of the economic development of our country in the post-financial crisis. To clarify the significance of expanding consumption demand in the post-financial crisis era; third, to clarify the characteristics of domestic consumption demand in the post-financial crisis era, as well as the effects of stimulating consumption policies, etc. Forming an objective evaluation of the current situation of insufficient domestic consumption demand in the post-financial crisis era; fourthly, combining with Marx's consumption theory, analyzing the main factors restricting the expansion of domestic demand in the post-financial crisis era, including the disposable income of the residents. Income gap, price fluctuations, consumption expectations, social security, supply and demand structure and other factors affecting the formation of insufficient domestic demand in China; fifthly, starting from the theory of the reaction of consumption to social reproduction, combining the reality of our country, Fully clarify the necessity of expanding domestic consumption demand in the post-financial crisis era; sixth, formulate targeted solutions to the factors that limit the expansion of domestic demand in the post-financial crisis era, with a view to formulating effective measures, Promoting rational expansion of domestic consumption demand.
