【摘要】:現(xiàn)代物流作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)脈和基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著“潤(rùn)滑劑”和“推進(jìn)劑”的功能。發(fā)達(dá)的現(xiàn)代物流可以促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),降低經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行成本,推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變;現(xiàn)代物流所具有的廣泛產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性使現(xiàn)代物流成為越來(lái)越多省份的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。位于祖國(guó)中部的湖南省有著優(yōu)越的地理?xiàng)l件,銜接南北,貫穿東西,己躍成為中部交通樞紐,湖南省通過(guò)湘江和洞庭湖的河流和海洋,連接長(zhǎng)江產(chǎn)業(yè)帶與“泛珠三角”經(jīng)濟(jì)帶。所以,湖南省發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流地理位置優(yōu)勢(shì)很明顯。與此同時(shí),湖南省現(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展也存在諸多問(wèn)題,因此,研究湖南省現(xiàn)代物流具有十分重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 本文以湖南省為研究對(duì)象,在梳理和綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)物流相關(guān)概念和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)相關(guān)理論做簡(jiǎn)要介紹,并介紹湖南省現(xiàn)代物流、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)現(xiàn)狀以及現(xiàn)代物流對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響進(jìn)行定性分析,之后從定量角度,對(duì)湖南省現(xiàn)代物流與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,根據(jù)湖南省1985-2010年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),建立Logistic回歸模型,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析,并在數(shù)據(jù)分析、實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出湖南省現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的若干建議。 本文通過(guò)實(shí)證分析得出以下主要結(jié)論:從1985至2007年間湖南省經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流的邊際值逐年增大,湖南現(xiàn)代物流對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)作用顯著且呈遞增趨勢(shì),2007年出現(xiàn)拐點(diǎn),之后邊際值逐年呈緩慢下降。而經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流的彈性系數(shù)均大于1(除1985年),表明現(xiàn)代物流對(duì)湖南省經(jīng)濟(jì)具有拉動(dòng)作用。2010年湖南省現(xiàn)代物流對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的邊際作用為4.23,即湖南省貨物周轉(zhuǎn)量每增長(zhǎng)1億噸公里,就拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)額為4.23億元;同時(shí)2007年湖南省現(xiàn)代物流對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的彈性系數(shù)為1.15,即貨物周轉(zhuǎn)量每增長(zhǎng)1%,伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)1.15%。這兩個(gè)數(shù)字無(wú)論是絕對(duì)量還是相對(duì)量,現(xiàn)代物流對(duì)湖南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的拉動(dòng)作用都是非常明顯的。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics, as the artery and basic industry of national economic development, plays the functions of "lubricant" and "propellant" in the development of regional economy. Promoting the transformation of regional economic growth mode, the extensive industrial relevance of modern logistics makes modern logistics become the leading industry and pillar industry of more and more provinces. Hunan Province, located in the middle of the motherland, has superior geographical conditions, connecting the north and the south, Through the east and west, Hunan has become the central transportation hub. Hunan Province connects the Yangtze River Industrial Belt with the "Pan Pearl River Delta" economic zone through the rivers and seas of the Xiangjiang River and Dongting Lake. At the same time, there are many problems in the development of modern logistics in Hunan Province. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study modern logistics in Hunan Province. This paper takes Hunan Province as the research object, on the basis of combing and summarizing the related research at home and abroad, briefly introduces the related concepts of logistics and related theories of economic growth, and introduces the modern logistics of Hunan Province. The present situation of economic growth and the impact of modern logistics on economic growth are qualitatively analyzed. Then, from the quantitative point of view, the empirical analysis of modern logistics and economic growth in Hunan Province is carried out. According to the relevant data of Hunan Province from 1985 to 2010, the Logistic regression model is established. On the basis of data analysis and empirical research, some suggestions on the development of modern logistics in Hunan Province are put forward. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: from 1985 to 2007, the marginal value of Hunan economy to modern logistics increases year by year, the contribution of Hunan modern logistics to economic growth is significant and increasing trend, and the inflection point appears in 2007. The economic elasticity coefficient to modern logistics is all greater than 1 (except 1985, which indicates that modern logistics has pulling effect on Hunan economy. In 2010, the marginal effect of modern logistics on economy of Hunan province is:. 4.23 that is, for every 100 million ton km increase in the turnover of goods in Hunan Province, At the same time, the elasticity coefficient of modern logistics to economic growth in Hunan Province in 2007 was 1.15, that is, for every increase in the turnover of goods, it was accompanied by economic growth of 1. 15 yuan. These two figures are either absolute or relative. The effect of modern logistics on economic growth in Hunan Province is very obvious.
