【摘要】：對近年來中越、中老和中緬跨境經(jīng)濟(jì)合作區(qū)發(fā)展概況綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)分析了邊界效應(yīng)對中越、中老和中緬跨境經(jīng)濟(jì)合作區(qū)建設(shè)所產(chǎn)生的影響。結(jié)論為:首先,中國與越南、老撾和緬甸建立跨境經(jīng)濟(jì)合作區(qū)的邊界效應(yīng)是存在的,突破邊界效應(yīng)來構(gòu)架跨境經(jīng)濟(jì)合作區(qū)是當(dāng)前面臨的重要問題。其次,以國家為主體的角度來測算中越、中老和中緬的邊界效應(yīng),發(fā)現(xiàn)其對雙方貿(mào)易流的影響非常有限。但是,以邊界省區(qū)為例,如云南的角度,發(fā)現(xiàn)邊界效應(yīng)對雙方貿(mào)易流起到顯著的正向作用。再次,云南地區(qū)中越、中老和中緬跨境經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的有效建設(shè),必將拓展中國與周邊國家跨境經(jīng)濟(jì)合作區(qū)建設(shè)的實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域,跨境經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的建設(shè)也將成為中國與周邊國家雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)、投資合作的重要突破口。
[Abstract]:Based on an overview of the development of the Sino-Vietnamese, Sino-Lao and Sino-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zones in recent years, this paper focuses on the impact of the boundary effect on the construction of the Sino-Vietnamese, Sino-Lao and Sino-Myanmar cross-border economic cooperation zones. The conclusions are as follows: first, China and Vietnam, The border effect of establishing a cross-border economic cooperation zone between Laos and Myanmar exists. Breaking through the border effect to construct a cross-border economic cooperation zone is an important issue currently facing. Secondly, from the point of view of the state as the main body, it is an important issue to measure China and Vietnam. The boundary effects between China and Laos and between China and Myanmar are found to have very limited effects on the trade flows between the two sides. However, taking the border provinces as an example, such as Yunnan, it is found that the boundary effects play a significant positive role in the trade flows between the two sides. Again, The effective construction of cross-border economic zones between China and Vietnam, China, Laos and Myanmar in Yunnan will certainly expand the practical field of cross-border economic cooperation zones between China and neighboring countries, and the construction of cross-border economic zones will also become bilateral trade and economic cooperation between China and neighboring countries. An important breakthrough in investment and cooperation.
