【摘要】：近年來(lái)國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的日益深化以及中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐漸發(fā)展,我國(guó)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)已反映出由東部發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)向中西部欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的梯度轉(zhuǎn)移傾向。位于東部沿海的各省區(qū)通過(guò)利用自身的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)承接了來(lái)自國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移之后,又將自身已經(jīng)不具有比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移至中西部省份。而本文以處于承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的西部省區(qū)廣西為例,將定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合,以產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移理論為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)廣西承接?xùn)|部產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題分析,采用因子分析法確定出廣西在全國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)梯度位次,然后選取其中與廣西發(fā)展條件相似的六省與廣西進(jìn)行綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力比較,再利用SWOT分析法,分析出廣西的發(fā)展情況得出廣西在承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。再對(duì)廣西具體承接?xùn)|部產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移的產(chǎn)業(yè)和承接地的選擇做出論證,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方法和對(duì)策。本文共分為七大部分： 第一部分：導(dǎo)論。此章重點(diǎn)論述了本文的研究背景、研究目的與意義·以及相關(guān)的研究綜述和研究方法與技術(shù)路線圖。第二部分：產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移的有關(guān)理論。本章首先明確了產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移概念,然后再闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移理論的理論淵源。第三部分：廣西承接?xùn)|部產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題。對(duì)廣西目前承接?xùn)|部產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了論述和分析。第四部分：廣西承接產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析。在這章中首先通過(guò)因子分析的方法確定廣西在全國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度中位次,以此得出其具有承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的可能性。再選取其余與廣西存在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的六個(gè)省進(jìn)行綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力比較,然后通過(guò)SWOT分析發(fā)分析廣西各方面的發(fā)展實(shí)力,由此得出廣西的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平。第五部分：廣西承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移的重點(diǎn)選擇。本章在提出廣西承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的原則后,闡述了廣西承接的具體產(chǎn)業(yè)以及承接地的選擇。第六部分：廣西承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移的建議。此章從政府和企業(yè)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)廣西承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移提出了建議。第七部分：結(jié)論與展望。闡述了本文研究的主要結(jié)論和對(duì)今后研究發(fā)展的展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of international industrial division and the gradual development of China's regional economy, The regional industries in China have reflected the gradient transfer tendency from the eastern developed regions to the central and western underdeveloped areas. The provinces and regions located in the eastern coastal areas have accepted the industrial transfer from the developed foreign regions by using their own resource advantages. The paper takes Guangxi, a western province where the industry is in the process of industrial transfer, as an example, combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, and takes the theory of industrial gradient transfer as the starting point. Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of Guangxi undertaking the industrial transfer in the east, the economic gradients of Guangxi in the whole country are determined by factor analysis, and then six provinces with similar development conditions are selected to compare their comprehensive competitiveness with Guangxi. Then, by using SWOT analysis method, the development of Guangxi is analyzed. The competitive strength of Guangxi to accept the industrial gradient transfer in the eastern region is obtained, and the selection of the industry and the place to undertake the industrial gradient transfer in the eastern part of Guangxi is demonstrated. The paper is divided into seven parts:. The first part: introduction. This chapter focuses on the research background of this paper. The purpose and significance of the research and the related research methods and technology roadmap. Part two: the theory of industrial gradient transfer. This chapter firstly defines the concept of industrial gradient and industrial transfer. Then it expounds the theoretical origin of industrial gradient transfer theory. The third part: the present situation and problems of Guangxi undertaking industrial gradient transfer in the east. The present situation and problems of Guangxi undertaking industrial transfer in eastern region are discussed and divided. The fourth part: the competitiveness analysis of Guangxi to undertake the industrial gradient transfer. In this chapter, we first determine the rank of Guangxi in the national industrial gradient by the method of factor analysis. In this way, it has the possibility of undertaking the industrial transfer in the eastern region, and then selects the other six competitive provinces for comprehensive competitiveness comparison, and then analyzes the development strength of various aspects of Guangxi by means of SWOT analysis. The fifth part: the key selection of Guangxi to undertake the industrial gradient transfer in the eastern region. This chapter puts forward the principles of undertaking the industrial transfer in the eastern region of Guangxi. The paper expounds the specific industry and the choice of the place of undertaking in Guangxi. Part VI: suggestions for Guangxi to undertake the industrial gradient transfer in the eastern part of Guangxi. This chapter proposes the industrial transfer in the eastern region of Guangxi from two aspects: government and enterprise. Some suggestions are given. Part seven: conclusions and prospects. The main conclusions of this paper and the prospects for future research and development are described.
