【摘要】：循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的主要概念包括通過推廣各類廢物的分類回收和建設(shè)生態(tài)工業(yè)園區(qū)加強其在生態(tài)工業(yè)方面的應(yīng)用，以試圖緩解當前中國因工業(yè)發(fā)展所帶來的環(huán)境惡化的問題。本論通過了兩個現(xiàn)實案例，論證循環(huán)經(jīng)濟在實踐的過程中所面臨的社會問題。這些社會問題主要包括在實踐過程中當?shù)鼐用駥τ谛麓胧┑呐浜吓c否，同時探討在建設(shè)及執(zhí)行時對當?shù)鼐用裆钌纤a(chǎn)生的問題與環(huán)境生態(tài)的影響。 本論文借鑒社會學科里的民族志的研究方法，通過深入的實地觀察，與當?shù)鼐用襁M行深入的訪談，結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻的資料總結(jié)以便進一步說明本論文所提出的社會問題。首先，本論文第四章所研究的案例研究將探討中國當下垃圾分類回收箱與人在現(xiàn)實生活中的窘境，公眾對于垃圾回收問題的忽視和市場主導(dǎo)的非官方的垃圾回收系統(tǒng)，最后綜合以上因素說明中國部分地區(qū)在現(xiàn)實生活中針對垃圾分類回收系統(tǒng)設(shè)計上的不足。同時，在本論文的第五章，筆者通過在西安高新生態(tài)工業(yè)發(fā)展區(qū)的實地考察，探討工業(yè)發(fā)展過程中對當?shù)鼐用裆詈驮鷳B(tài)環(huán)境的變遷與負面影響。 本論文的研究成果無論在學術(shù)研究方面或是環(huán)境政策方面都具有一定的參考價值：首先，其提供了一個的自下而上全新社會視角探討中國目前的現(xiàn)實環(huán)境問題，其次，，它同時說明了公眾參與與原生態(tài)生活模式對將來環(huán)境科技與政策發(fā)展的重要性。
[Abstract]:The main concepts of the circular economy include the promotion of the separation and recovery of all types of waste and the construction of eco-industrial parks to enhance their application in ecoindustries, In an attempt to alleviate the current environmental degradation caused by industrial development in China, this theory has adopted two practical cases. To demonstrate the social problems faced by circular economy in the process of practice. These social problems mainly include whether the local residents cooperate with the new measures in the process of practice. At the same time, the influence of construction and implementation on the local residents' life and the environment and ecology are discussed. This paper draws lessons from the ethnography research method in the social discipline, through the in-depth field observation, carries on the thorough interview with the local resident, unifies the related literature material summary in order to further explain the social question which this paper raises. The case study in Chapter 4th will explore the current situation of garbage collection bins and people in real life, the neglect of garbage collection by the public and the non-official garbage collection system dominated by the market. Finally, by synthesizing the above factors, it shows that some parts of China are deficient in the design of garbage classification and recovery system in real life. At the same time, in the 5th chapter of this paper, the author through the field investigation in Xi'an hi-tech ecological industry development area. This paper discusses the changes and negative effects of industrial development on local residents' life and original ecological environment. The research results of this paper have some reference value in both academic research and environmental policy. Firstly, it provides a bottom-up perspective to explore the current environmental problems in China. It also illustrates the importance of public participation and the original ecological life model to the future development of environmental science, technology and policy.
