【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,對外直接投資活動不再僅限于發(fā)達(dá)國家,越來越多的發(fā)展中國家也加入到對外投資的進(jìn)程中。隨著對外開放水平的不斷提高與經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長,我國的對外直接投資活動實現(xiàn)了飛躍式的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在已成為世界上的第三大投資國。對外直接投資活動加深了各國之間的聯(lián)系。隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷融合,世界各國間來往更加密切,一國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展極容易受到世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,各國政府逐漸關(guān)注在全球化背景下經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的問題。 自中國啟動與東盟建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)以來,中國與東盟之間的往來日益密切,尤其是中國對東盟的直接投資總額實現(xiàn)了快速的發(fā)展�？紤]到中國對東盟的投資特點以及東盟十國間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的差異性,本文主要研究了中國對東盟直接投資對我國國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的影響,通過分析在對外開放過程中國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的影響因素,來研究中國對東盟直接投資對我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、貿(mào)易發(fā)展以及能源安全的影響,力求在經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的考慮下探討政府和企業(yè)進(jìn)行對外直接投資的意見與建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國對東盟的直接投資有利于本國經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長,促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和貿(mào)易的良性發(fā)展,一定程度上是有利于我國國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的,并分析了相關(guān)原因,提出了建議與對策。
[Abstract]:As the process of global economic integration continues to accelerate, OFDI activities are no longer limited to developed countries. More and more developing countries are also participating in the process of outward investment. With the continuous improvement of the level of opening to the outside world and the rapid growth of the economy, China's foreign direct investment activities have achieved a leapfrog development. Now it has become the third largest investor in the world. OFDI activities have deepened the links between countries. With the continuous integration of the world economy, the exchanges between countries in the world become more and more close. The economic development of a country is vulnerable to the influence of the world economy, and the governments of various countries are gradually paying attention to the problem of economic security under the background of globalization. Since China started to establish a free trade area with ASEAN, the exchanges between China and ASEAN have become closer and closer. In particular, the total amount of direct investment from China to ASEAN has achieved rapid development, considering the characteristics of China's investment in ASEAN and the differences in the level of economic development among the ten ASEAN countries. This paper mainly studies the influence of China's direct investment in ASEAN on China's national economic security, and analyzes the influencing factors of national economic security in the process of opening up to the outside world. To study the impact of China's direct investment in ASEAN on China's economic growth, industrial structure, trade development and energy security. Under the consideration of economic security, the author tries to discuss the opinions and suggestions of the government and enterprises on foreign direct investment. The study finds that China's direct investment in ASEAN is conducive to the growth of its own economy. It promotes the adjustment of industrial structure and the benign development of trade, to a certain extent, is beneficial to the national economic security of our country, and analyzes the related reasons, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
