【摘要】：本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,了解了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變和勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律。通過對(duì)我國(guó)改革開放以來的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的變化過程的梳理,了解產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的歷史及現(xiàn)狀。隨后,從三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值、比重、技術(shù)水平這三個(gè)角度來分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變對(duì)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的影響。三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值對(duì)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移影響中,我國(guó)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移與三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值變化都是正相關(guān)關(guān)系。第一產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)對(duì)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移起著積極的推動(dòng)作用;第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)拉動(dòng)了我國(guó)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移,不過工業(yè)發(fā)揮的作用不是很大,建筑業(yè)發(fā)揮作用明顯;第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移拉動(dòng)作用較為明顯。三次產(chǎn)業(yè)比重變化對(duì)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的影響分析,可以得出農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移與三次產(chǎn)業(yè)所占比重之間存在長(zhǎng)期的協(xié)整關(guān)系。三次產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)水平對(duì)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的影響分析得知,轉(zhuǎn)移勞動(dòng)力與第一產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)水平呈現(xiàn)正向關(guān)系。轉(zhuǎn)移勞動(dòng)力與第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)水平呈現(xiàn)負(fù)向關(guān)系。詳細(xì)了解產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變對(duì)剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的影響之后,筆者提出了相應(yīng)的一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of previous studies, this paper understands the economic law of industrial structure evolution and labor force transfer, and combs the changing process of industrial structure and rural surplus labor force transfer since China's reform and opening up. Understand the history and current situation of industrial structure and labor force transfer. Then, from the third industrial output value, proportion. Technical level of these three angles to analyze the evolution of industrial structure on the transfer of rural surplus labor force, the impact of the third industrial output value on the transfer of rural surplus labor force. The transfer of rural surplus labor force is positively related to the change of output value of three industries, and the economic growth of the primary industry plays a positive role in promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor force. The economic growth of the secondary industry has led to the transfer of rural surplus labor force in our country, but the role of industry is not very great, and the role of construction industry is obvious. The economic growth of the tertiary industry plays an important role in the transfer of rural surplus labor force. The influence of the change of the proportion of three industries on the transfer of rural surplus labor force is analyzed. It can be concluded that there is a long-term cointegration relationship between the transfer of rural surplus labor force and the proportion of three industries. There is a positive relationship between the transfer of labor force and the technological level of the primary industry, and a negative relationship between the transfer of labor force and the technological level of the secondary and tertiary industries. A detailed understanding of the influence of the evolution of industrial structure on the transfer of surplus labor force. After that. The author puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions.
