【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化日趨深化，國際間的經(jīng)濟合作的重要性逐漸加強，能夠有效的參加國際分工，合理利用資源實現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化配置，加強與其他國家的經(jīng)濟交流，是促進一國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要舉措。當今時代是科技是第一生產(chǎn)力的時代，，促進俄羅斯與中國的科技合作和技術交流是兩國科技發(fā)展的主要動力，建立國際技術合作機制，實現(xiàn)兩國科技經(jīng)濟強國。 俄羅斯經(jīng)過幾年的經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)軌,現(xiàn)在保持經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的增長是各方面發(fā)展的基礎和前提。俄羅斯入世為其經(jīng)濟增長提供了契機，普京二次當選俄羅斯的總統(tǒng)同時主張“新經(jīng)濟”，兩個機會為俄羅斯高科技的發(fā)展奠定堅實的基礎。選擇適宜的國家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略對經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長和國家整體競爭力的提升無疑起著至關重要的作用。本文通過對俄羅斯的技術創(chuàng)新進程和現(xiàn)狀進行了解，分析了中俄兩國在技術貿(mào)易上合作關系，提出了一定的建議。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the deepening of regional economic integration, the importance of international economic cooperation is gradually strengthened, which can effectively participate in the international division of labor and rationally use resources to achieve the optimal allocation of resources. Strengthening economic exchanges with other countries is an important measure to promote the economic development of a country. To promote scientific and technological cooperation and technical exchange between Russia and China is the main driving force for the development of science and technology between the two countries. After several years of economic transition, it is the basis and premise of all aspects of development to maintain the sustained and stable growth of the economy, and Russia's entry into the WTO provides an opportunity for its economic growth. Putin's re-election as Russia's president also advocates a "new economy". The two opportunities lay a solid foundation for the development of high technology in Russia. The choice of appropriate national innovation strategy will undoubtedly play a vital role in the sustained and stable growth of the economy and the promotion of the overall competitiveness of the country. To understand the technological innovation process and current situation in Russia. This paper analyzes the cooperative relationship between China and Russia in technology trade, and puts forward some suggestions.
