【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展加速了區(qū)域之間的競爭,區(qū)域競爭力正日益成為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的決定性因素。本文從區(qū)域競爭力的基本概念和內(nèi)涵出發(fā),以區(qū)域競爭力的經(jīng)濟學理論為依據(jù),構(gòu)建了包含8大類指標,23項二級指標和58項三級指標的區(qū)域競爭力評價指標體系,利用層次分析法確定指標權(quán)重系數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上通過TOPSIS法得出浙江省11個地級市區(qū)域發(fā)展競爭力排名,進而由SWOT法對溫州市的排名進行分析,最后探討了提升溫州市區(qū)域競爭力的政策措施。 本文首先綜述了國內(nèi)外研究狀況,闡述了區(qū)域競爭力的經(jīng)濟學基礎(chǔ),包括與此相關(guān)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學理論、比較經(jīng)濟學理論和競爭優(yōu)勢理論；其次,構(gòu)建了包含8大類指標、23項二級指標和58項三級指標的區(qū)域競爭力評價指標體系,研究了指標選取的原則和要求,并解釋了指標的內(nèi)涵和意義；然后構(gòu)建了基于層次分析法的區(qū)域競爭力TOPSIS評價模型,即先利用層次分析法確定指標權(quán)重,隨后建立TOPSIS模型對各評價對象進行綜合排名；最后利用了本文提出的指標體系和評價模型,以浙江省11個地級市2012年的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),研究了溫州市區(qū)域競爭力在浙江省中排名,結(jié)果顯示溫州市在經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)、科技創(chuàng)新和國際貿(mào)易方面有較強的優(yōu)勢,在基建設(shè)施、環(huán)境保護和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面有待于進一步提高,隨后利用SWOT法對排名進行分析,進而探討了提升溫州市區(qū)域競爭力的對策。
[Abstract]:The development of economic globalization accelerates the competition between regions, regional competitiveness is the decisive factor of regional economy to gain competitive advantage. This article embarks from the basic concept of regional competitiveness, regional competitiveness based on the economic theory as the basis, constructs containing 8 kinds of indicators, the evaluation index system of regional competitiveness of the 23 indicators in level two and 58 three level indexes, using the AHP to determine the index weight coefficient, based on the TOPSIS method of ranking development competitiveness of 11 cities and regions in Zhejiang Province, were analyzed by SWOT method in Wenzhou city ranking, and finally discusses the improvement of Wenzhou regional competitiveness policy measures.
This paper reviews the research situation at home and abroad, expounds the economic basis of regional competitiveness, including regional economic theory related to this, comparative economics theory and the theory of competitive advantage; secondly, construct contains 8 categories of indicators, 23 level two indexes and 58 level three refers to the regional competitiveness evaluation index system of research the principles and requirements of index selection, and explain the meaning and significance of the index; and then construct the TOPSIS regional competitiveness evaluation model based on AHP, the first use of AHP to determine the index weight, then builds the TOPSIS model ranking for each evaluation object; the index system and evaluation is proposed in this paper. The model, on the statistical data of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province in 2012 based on Wenzhou regional competitiveness ranking in Zhejiang Province, the results show in Wenzhou city economic base There are strong advantages in terms of technological innovation and international trade. We need further improvement in infrastructure, environmental protection and industrial development. Then we analyze the ranking by SWOT method, and then discuss the countermeasures to enhance Wenzhou's regional competitiveness.
