【摘要】：在當(dāng)今社會(huì),知識(shí)資本的地位日漸突出,隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),知識(shí)資本已經(jīng)取代物質(zhì)資本,作為一種獨(dú)立的核心生產(chǎn)要素而成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的決定性因素。知識(shí)資本是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的引擎,已成為在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行下資本增值的主要方式。由于知識(shí)資本是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的第一要素,是縮小國(guó)家和地區(qū)間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距的關(guān)鍵因素,因此,對(duì)于知識(shí)資本的研究就具有重要的理論意義與實(shí)踐意義。在此背景下,本文通過(guò)構(gòu)建知識(shí)資本的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),科學(xué)測(cè)量和評(píng)估知識(shí)資本,并結(jié)合江蘇省知識(shí)資本的具體情況,對(duì)知識(shí)資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。從理論上深入研究知識(shí)資本促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的途徑和機(jī)理；并有針對(duì)性的提出促進(jìn)江蘇省知識(shí)資本快速發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。本文在查閱大量國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)與江蘇省統(tǒng)計(jì)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,以江蘇省為例,從理論與實(shí)證兩方面分析了知識(shí)資本理論及其測(cè)度方法以及對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用機(jī)理和貢獻(xiàn),并提出相關(guān)促進(jìn)知識(shí)資本發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。具體來(lái)看,本文可分為四部分內(nèi)容：第一部分：綜述知識(shí)資本理論與國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于知識(shí)資本理論的研究現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上建立知識(shí)資本理論的系統(tǒng)框架；第二部分：構(gòu)建知識(shí)資本的測(cè)度指標(biāo)體系；第三部分：知識(shí)資本對(duì)江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的實(shí)證研究,運(yùn)用定量分析方法,分析江蘇省知識(shí)資本的具體測(cè)度；建立知識(shí)資本對(duì)江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的實(shí)證研究模型并分析其結(jié)果；探索知識(shí)資本對(duì)江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的途徑和機(jī)理；第四部分：提出促進(jìn)江蘇省知識(shí)資本快速發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。本文的研究豐富了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)及其與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的理論研究,并對(duì)知識(shí)資本提高經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效益提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the status of knowledge capital is increasingly prominent, with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge capital has replaced material capital. As an independent core factor of production, it becomes the decisive factor of economic growth. Knowledge capital is the engine of economic growth and economic development. Knowledge capital is the first factor to promote economic growth and the key factor to narrow the gap between national and regional economic development. The research on knowledge capital has important theoretical and practical significance. Under this background, this paper scientifically measures and evaluates the knowledge capital by constructing the evaluation index of the knowledge capital. Combined with the specific situation of knowledge capital in Jiangsu Province, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between knowledge capital and economic growth, and studies in theory the ways and mechanisms of knowledge capital promoting economic growth. On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign research documents and Jiangsu Province statistical data, this paper takes Jiangsu Province as an example. This paper analyzes the theory of knowledge capital and its measurement methods, the mechanism and contribution to economic growth from both theoretical and empirical aspects, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of knowledge capital. This paper can be divided into four parts: the first part: review the knowledge capital theory and the domestic and foreign research status quo of the knowledge capital theory, and on this basis, establish the systematic framework of the knowledge capital theory; The second part: construct the measure index system of knowledge capital; The third part: the empirical study of the impact of knowledge capital on the economic growth of Jiangsu Province, the use of quantitative analysis method to analyze the specific measures of knowledge capital in Jiangsu Province; The empirical research model of the impact of knowledge capital on economic growth in Jiangsu Province is established and the results are analyzed. Explore the way and mechanism of knowledge capital to Jiangsu province economic growth; Part 4th: put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rapid development of knowledge capital in Jiangsu Province. The study of this paper enriches the theoretical research on the relationship between knowledge economy and economic growth. And knowledge capital to improve economic development benefits to provide reference significance.
