    前言：當(dāng)環(huán)境問題國(guó)際化,環(huán)境外交便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。生態(tài)功能作為環(huán)境外交的肇始目標(biāo)已不言而喻,而其政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)功能也逐漸為人所重視。經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的發(fā)展,全球化時(shí)代的環(huán)境外交呈現(xiàn)出新的特點(diǎn)和樣式,這也給我國(guó)的環(huán)境外交很多啟示。
    When the environmental question internationalized, the environmental diplomacy arose at the historic moment . The economical function as the goal as the environmental diplomacy has been self - evident, but its political, economical function also were valued. Though several ten years developed, when the globalization time gone, environmental diplomacy took on new character and style, which also gave some inspiration for our Environmental Diplomacy.
