【摘要】：正郵政隨著國(guó)家的出現(xiàn)而出現(xiàn),并隨國(guó)家政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展而不斷發(fā)展。郵政究其本源,"郵"為核心,"政"為其歸屬,"郵政"即國(guó)家保障的寄遞服務(wù)�？v觀我國(guó)數(shù)千年寄遞發(fā)展史,郵政的稱謂變化歷經(jīng)郵遞、寄遞、急遞、快遞等數(shù)種,但"遞"為其一以貫之的內(nèi)涵。寄遞活動(dòng)與人類社會(huì)并生相伴、共同發(fā)展。從整個(gè)發(fā)展歷程來(lái)看,伴隨著通政、通民、通商三大功能,寄遞活動(dòng)對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展都產(chǎn)生了積極的作用,而三大功能在不同發(fā)展
[Abstract]:Positive Post appears with the emergence of the country, and continues to develop with the development of national politics and economy. The origin of postal service is "postal" as the core, "government" as its ownership, and "postal" is the delivery service guaranteed by the state. Throughout the development history of postal delivery in China for thousands of years, the change of postal appellation has gone through several kinds of postal delivery, express delivery and so on, but "delivery" is its consistent connotation. Delivery activities go hand in hand with human society and develop together. From the point of view of the whole development process, with the three functions of communicating government, communicating with the people and trading, the sending activities have all played a positive role in the development of social economy, and the three functions have played a positive role in the development of different functions.
