速度干預(yù)練習(xí)對(duì)北京市中小學(xué)女生速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的:改革開放以來,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,中小學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)正在逐年下降。北京作為全國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化中心,中小學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的發(fā)展受到來自社會(huì)、家庭和學(xué)校的廣泛關(guān)注。速度素質(zhì)是人類運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)中最基本的身體素質(zhì),速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展的狀況直接關(guān)系到未來中小學(xué)生各項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。中小學(xué)女生的速度素質(zhì)的發(fā)展情況同樣受到廣泛的關(guān)注,如何能夠促進(jìn)中小學(xué)女生身體素質(zhì)能夠最大限度的提高,促進(jìn)骨骼、肌肉和神經(jīng)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,使其獲得身心的全面發(fā)展,是本次試驗(yàn)研究的主要目的。本文主要通過訪談法、文獻(xiàn)資料發(fā)、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、觀察測(cè)試法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法五種研究方法。再通過各種研究方法,詢問有關(guān)青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)研究的專家,獲得在青少年時(shí)期,中小學(xué)女生速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展水平以及身體各機(jī)能的發(fā)育特點(diǎn);結(jié)合圖書館有關(guān)資料以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)各種有關(guān)青少年速度素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練的期刊雜志,找出青少年速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展存在的問題和訓(xùn)練方法,并在有理論知識(shí)指導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上通過設(shè)計(jì)不同的適合各年齡段中小學(xué)女生訓(xùn)練的方法,并通過觀察測(cè)試法獲得在速度素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練中的規(guī)律,并獲得訓(xùn)練前后中小學(xué)女生速度素質(zhì)水平的數(shù)據(jù),最后通過數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,利用excel和spss18.0對(duì)所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析,找出實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的不同并分析出原因,給出切實(shí)可行的有利建議。 結(jié)論: 1.對(duì)照組中小學(xué)女生速度素質(zhì)與2010年北京市中小學(xué)女生速度素質(zhì)增長(zhǎng)規(guī)律大致吻合,整體水平要高0.05s左右。 2.對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后結(jié)果表明,在身體自然增長(zhǎng)下,小學(xué)女生速度素質(zhì)水平呈現(xiàn)一定幅度的提高,初一、初二速度素質(zhì)水平達(dá)到最高,從初三至高三速度素質(zhì)水平呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢(shì)。 3.實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的結(jié)果表明,在處在速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展敏感期的小學(xué)階段尤其是7-12歲這個(gè)年齡階段,實(shí)施一定的速度素質(zhì)練習(xí),,速度素質(zhì)水平能有明顯的提高,增長(zhǎng)幅度最大在0.3s左右,其次是處在青春期年齡的初三、高二和高三階段,增長(zhǎng)幅度較為明顯,增幅在0.3-0.35s左右。 4.通過對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比可以看出,在正常的體育教學(xué)過程中對(duì)中小學(xué)女生實(shí)施有效的速度素質(zhì)干預(yù)練習(xí),能有效提高速度素質(zhì)水平,比在身體自然增長(zhǎng)規(guī)律下提高的快。

Speed quality is the most basic physical quality in human sports quality, and the development of speed quality is directly related to the development of physical quality of primary and middle school students in the future. The development of speed quality of primary and secondary school girls has also received extensive attention. How to promote the physical quality of primary and secondary school girls to the maximum extent, promote the coordinated development of bone, muscle and nerve, so that they can achieve the all-round development of body and mind, is the main purpose of this experimental study. This paper mainly through interview method, literature distribution, mathematical statistics method, observation test method and experimental method five research methods. Then through various research methods, ask the experts on the study of adolescent sports quality, and obtain the development level of speed quality and the development characteristics of physical functions of primary and secondary school girls in adolescence. Combined with the relevant materials of the library and various periodicals and magazines on the network about the speed quality training of young people, this paper finds out the existing problems and training methods of the speed quality development of young people, and on the basis of the guidance of theoretical knowledge, designs different training methods suitable for primary and secondary school girls of all ages, and obtains the law in the speed quality training by observing and testing methods. The data of speed quality level of primary and secondary school girls before and after training are obtained. Finally, through mathematical statistics method, excel and spss18.0 are used to process and analyze the obtained data, find out the differences before and after the experiment, analyze the reasons, and give feasible and favorable suggestions.
