權(quán)利公平的社會哲學(xué)思考

【摘要】：權(quán)利公平追求的是一種社會狀態(tài)：生活在一定的社會歷史條件下的個人和組織，權(quán)利獲得狀況達(dá)到基本平衡。由于人類實踐活動的復(fù)雜性，多樣性以及不同區(qū)域文化環(huán)境之間的差異性，人與人之間，人與社會集團(tuán)之間會形成或大或小的落差。一般的差異包括教育背景、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、健康素質(zhì)、區(qū)域生活背景等的差異。權(quán)利公平就是要在一定的社會歷史條件下，摒棄普遍性的差異，達(dá)到社會公平的最大化。權(quán)利公平是社會公平正義的重要組成，，來源于最廣泛的社會實踐，是社會存在的反映、是權(quán)利和義務(wù)的統(tǒng)一。權(quán)利公平隨社會的歷史發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)不斷變化發(fā)展螺旋上升，它追求的是一定社會關(guān)系里的個人和組織的權(quán)利滿足狀態(tài)。在不同時期，不同歷史條件下，權(quán)利公平的內(nèi)涵和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是有一定差異的。權(quán)利公平從政治關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系、文化關(guān)系、倫理關(guān)系等個人的社會生活的各個層面規(guī)定了人在社會活動中應(yīng)得到的價值回報和需要做出的價值付出；肯定了個人在社會實踐活動中公平地參與實踐、參與競爭、獲得個人發(fā)展的精神資料和物質(zhì)資料。推動個人不斷走向自由、全面的發(fā)展。 社會主義制度的建立發(fā)展，使權(quán)利公平的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個全新的時期。社會主義對權(quán)利公平的追求，是以生產(chǎn)資料公有制為基礎(chǔ)。這是社會主義權(quán)利公平思想與之前所有社會形態(tài)下的權(quán)利公平思想最本質(zhì)的區(qū)別。社會主義社會的價值追求是每個人在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化各個方面的均衡發(fā)展，是人與自然、人與社會、人與人之間的和諧發(fā)展。社會主義中國在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的繁榮之下，依然有很多因素影響著社會的和諧發(fā)展，初級階段的各種不合理現(xiàn)象將會隨著生產(chǎn)力的不斷發(fā)展得到改善。
[Abstract]:The fair pursuit of rights is a social state: individuals and organizations living under certain social and historical conditions, the acquisition of rights reaches a basic balance. Due to the complexity and diversity of human practical activities and the differences between different regional cultural environments, there will be large or small differences between people and social groups. General differences include educational background, economic status, health quality, regional life background and so on. The fairness of rights is to abandon the universal differences and maximize the social equity under certain social and historical conditions. Right fairness is an important component of social fairness and justice, which originates from the most extensive social practice, is the reflection of social existence, and is the unity of rights and obligations. The equity of rights goes up with the historical development of society, and it pursues the satisfaction of the rights of individuals and organizations in certain social relations. In different periods and different historical conditions, the connotation and standard of right fairness are different. Rights fairness defines the value return and the value pay that people should make in social activities from all aspects of individual social life, such as political relations, economic relations, cultural relations, ethical relations and so on, and confirms that individuals participate in practice fairly, participate in competition and obtain spiritual and material materials for personal development in social practice. Promote the individual to move towards freedom and all-round development. With the establishment and development of socialist system, the fair development of rights has entered a new period. The socialist pursuit of fairness in rights is based on public ownership of means of production. This is the most essential difference between the socialist thought of right fairness and the thought of right fairness under all previous social forms. The value pursuit of socialist society is the balanced development of everyone in politics, economy and culture, and the harmonious development between man and nature, man and society, and man. Under the prosperity of economic development in socialist China, there are still many factors affecting the harmonious development of society, and all kinds of unreasonable phenomena in the primary stage will be improved with the continuous development of productive forces.
