技術意識形態(tài)化及其揚棄路徑研究

【摘要】：對技術意識形態(tài)化的研究雖然興起于西方學者對資本主義科學技術雙重功能的批判,但技術意識形態(tài)化并不是資本主義社會的特有現象,它在任何一個階級社會都有可能產生。在前資本主義的階級社會中,技術在有限的范圍內發(fā)生作用,對社會無法產生重大影響,技術的意識形態(tài)化并不明顯;而在資本主義時代,技術的意識形態(tài)出場方式發(fā)生了根本的變化,技術開始影響和規(guī)范政治、經濟、文化等一切生活領域,技術意識形態(tài)化才開始逐漸被人們所認識。技術的主體意向性使技術意識形態(tài)化成為可能,技術的意識形態(tài)化表現在技術在被特定階級或集團制定和運用時,必然反映特定階級的世界觀和特定社會的政治經濟形式,而于此同時技術的存在和發(fā)展也需要特定的意識形態(tài)環(huán)境來維持。技術意識形態(tài)化是人類理性分裂和階級統(tǒng)治的必然結果,它一方面促進了社會合理化的發(fā)展,另一方面也造成了人類的生存危機。西方學者在解決這一悖論時朝著重建完整的理性方向發(fā)展,唯獨馬克思找到了變革生產方式這一根本路徑。我國社會主義現代化建設要堅持“科學技術是第一生產力”的思想,以人為本,大力發(fā)展高新技術,根據發(fā)展的需要引進國外先進技術和資本,但我們不可能同時吸收技術所帶來的西方價值觀和道德觀,只能根據我國社會主義主流意識形態(tài)對技術進行改造和應用。技術意識形態(tài)化是技術發(fā)展到階級社會的產物,技術的本質是人的本質的外化,在共產主義社會中,消滅了階級統(tǒng)治,實現了人的全面自由發(fā)展,技術意識形態(tài)將會徹底的揚棄。本文緒論主要介紹了本文選題的意義、國內外研究現狀、研究目的和研究方法;第一章是技術意識形態(tài)化的界定,對技術和意識形態(tài)關系研究的理論基礎、技術的存在論差異、意識形態(tài)的歷史演變、技術的意識形態(tài)兩個維度進行了探討;第二章分析了技術意識形態(tài)化形成的原因、技術意識形態(tài)化的合理性限度以及西方現代哲學破解技術意識形態(tài)的代表性方案;第三章描述了技術意識形態(tài)化的揚棄路徑,在社會主義主流意識形態(tài)的引導下,以人的自由全面發(fā)展為目的發(fā)展和控制技術,共產主義是積極揚棄技術意識形態(tài)的現實活動。
[Abstract]:Although the study of technological ideology arises from the criticism of the dual functions of capitalist science and technology by western scholars, technological idealization is not a unique phenomenon in capitalist society, and it may occur in any class society. In the class society of pre-capitalism, technology plays an important role in a limited range, which can not have a great impact on the society, and the ideological appearance of technology is not obvious. In the capitalist era, the ideological appearance of technology has undergone fundamental changes, and technology began to influence and regulate all fields of life, such as politics, economy, culture and so on, and technological ideology began to be gradually recognized by people. The subjective intentionality of technology makes it possible to make technological ideology possible. The ideology of technology is manifested in the fact that when technology is formulated and applied by a specific class or group, it must reflect the world outlook of a specific class and the political and economic form of a specific society. At the same time, the existence and development of technology also need a specific ideological environment to maintain. Technological ideology is the inevitable result of the rational division and class rule of human beings. On the one hand, it promotes the development of social rationalization, on the other hand, it also causes the survival crisis of human beings. In solving this paradox, western scholars are developing towards rebuilding the complete rational direction, only Marx has found the fundamental path of changing the mode of production. China's socialist modernization construction should adhere to the idea that "science and technology is the primary productive force", people-oriented, vigorously develop high and new technology, and introduce foreign advanced technology and capital according to the needs of development, but we can not absorb the western values and morality brought about by technology at the same time, and can only transform and apply technology according to the mainstream socialist ideology of our country. Technological ideology is the product of the development of technology to class society, and the essence of technology is the externalization of human nature. In the communist society, the class rule has been eliminated and the all-round and free development of human beings has been realized, and the technological ideology will be completely abandoned. The introduction of this paper mainly introduces the significance of this topic, the research status at home and abroad, research purpose and research methods. The first chapter is the definition of technology ideology, the theoretical basis of the relationship between technology and ideology, the difference of technology ontology, the historical evolution of ideology, and the ideology of technology. The second chapter analyzes the reasons for the formation of technological ideology, the reasonable limit of technological ideology and the representative scheme of western modern philosophy to crack technological ideology; the third chapter describes the sublimation path of technological ideology, under the guidance of socialist mainstream ideology, develops and controls technology for the purpose of free and all-round development of human beings, and communism is a realistic activity to actively discard technological ideology.
