養(yǎng)老住區(qū)適老環(huán)境要素研究

【摘要】：人口老齡化作為一種全球性的普遍現(xiàn)象，深刻影響著各個(gè)國家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、文化等相關(guān)方面。中國作為發(fā)展中國家，既面臨著發(fā)展的問題，又要應(yīng)對老齡化帶來的一系列新問題,如何優(yōu)化老年宜居環(huán)境成為社會關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題。 作為滿足老年人基本生活需求的居住環(huán)境，不僅關(guān)系到老年人的物質(zhì)居所，更關(guān)系到老年人日常生活中的教育、醫(yī)療、娛樂以及養(yǎng)老保障等各方面的社會問題。由于老年人在生理、心理等方面存在著特殊性，其對外在環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力也有所下降，，因此老年居住環(huán)境應(yīng)當(dāng)有針對性的進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。為了滿足日益增多的老年人的實(shí)際需求，養(yǎng)老住區(qū)這一新型養(yǎng)老方式在中國悄然興起。本文在充分借鑒美國、德國、日本、新加坡養(yǎng)老住區(qū)發(fā)展模式的基礎(chǔ)上，通過對當(dāng)前我國養(yǎng)老住區(qū)及其適老環(huán)境營造的現(xiàn)狀分析，總結(jié)出中國養(yǎng)老住區(qū)在適老環(huán)境營造方面的要素構(gòu)成，即休閑娛樂環(huán)境、醫(yī)療保健環(huán)境、交通出行環(huán)境、文化教育環(huán)境、人文情感環(huán)境以及生活服務(wù)環(huán)境六個(gè)方面，并探討?zhàn)B老住區(qū)適老環(huán)境在落實(shí)過程中的相關(guān)對策建議。 全文共分五個(gè)章節(jié)來進(jìn)行寫作：第一章介紹論文的研究背景、研究對象、既往研究成果、研究的目的意義以及研究方法；第二章闡述了美、德、日、新四個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)國家在養(yǎng)老住區(qū)及其適老環(huán)境營造方面的模式與經(jīng)驗(yàn)；第三章具體分析了當(dāng)前我國養(yǎng)老住區(qū)及其適老環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題；第四章重點(diǎn)研究了我國養(yǎng)老住區(qū)適老環(huán)境的各要素構(gòu)成；第五章提出了中國養(yǎng)老住區(qū)適老環(huán)境發(fā)展的對策并進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:As a global universal phenomenon, population aging has a profound impact on the political, economic, social, cultural and other related aspects of various countries. As a developing country, China is not only facing the problems of development, but also dealing with a series of new problems caused by aging. How to optimize the livable environment for the elderly has become a hot topic of social concern. As a living environment to meet the basic living needs of the elderly, it is not only related to the material residence of the elderly, but also related to the education, medical treatment, entertainment and old-age security and other social problems in the daily life of the elderly. Because of the particularity of physiology and psychology of the elderly and their ability to adapt to the external environment, the living environment of the elderly should be designed. In order to meet the actual needs of the increasing number of elderly people, the new way of providing for the aged is quietly rising in China. On the basis of fully drawing lessons from the development model of pension settlements in the United States, Germany, Japan and Singapore, this paper analyzes the current situation of old-age settlements and their suitable environment in China. This paper summarizes the elements of the construction of the old environment in China's old-age residential areas, that is, leisure and entertainment environment, medical and health care environment, traffic and travel environment, cultural and educational environment, humanistic and emotional environment and living service environment. It also discusses the relevant countermeasures and suggestions in the implementation process of the old environment in old-age residential areas. The full text is divided into five chapters to write: the first chapter introduces the research background of the paper, the research object, the previous research results, the purpose and significance of the study and the research methods; The second chapter expounds the models and experiences of the United States, Germany, Japan and the new four developed countries in the construction of old-age settlements and their suitable environment, and the third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the old-age settlements and their suitable environment in China. The fourth chapter focuses on the composition of the elements of the old environment of old-age settlements in China, and the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and prospects for the development of the old environment of old-age settlements in China.
