民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想研究(1912-1937)

【摘要】:在近代中國,由于受到國外職業(yè)指導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響,以及國內(nèi)特殊的社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等環(huán)境的作用,為了解決數(shù)以萬計(jì)中學(xué)生畢業(yè)后的就業(yè)問題,溝通普通中學(xué)教育與職業(yè)的聯(lián)系,當(dāng)時(shí)的大批進(jìn)步的知識(shí)分子和愛國的教育家在“職教救國”思想的指導(dǎo)下,不遺余力的介紹國外普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)和概括,積極組織、開展國內(nèi)的普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng),廣泛開展對(duì)普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)理論的研究,為有效地解決中學(xué)生升學(xué)和就業(yè)問題,做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。研究民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想研究,總結(jié)普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn),不僅可以豐富中國職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育史的研究,而且還可以為當(dāng)前的中國中學(xué)教育改革提供歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和借鑒之處。 論文包括緒論、正文在內(nèi)共五個(gè)部分。 緒論部分主要闡述了研究民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想(1912-1937)的緣由以及理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,梳理和綜述了當(dāng)前的研究者對(duì)與主題相關(guān)的研究成果,強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想研究還需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),并提出了本文的研究思路和研究方法 正文分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分論述民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想興起的歷史背景。民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想之所以興起與發(fā)展,其歷史背景在于近代歐美職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想與實(shí)踐的影響、民國時(shí)期社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)變革的影響、職業(yè)教育思潮的影響、壬戌學(xué)制的影響。 第二部分論述民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)家的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)活動(dòng),主要介紹了廖世承、劉湛恩等教育家和職業(yè)指導(dǎo)專家的生平,以及他們對(duì)普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)理論探索和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。 第三部分分析民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想的主要內(nèi)容。民國時(shí)期我職業(yè)指導(dǎo)專家們對(duì)普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想作了如下探討:一是關(guān)于普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵和重要性;二是關(guān)于普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的目的、功能和任務(wù);三是關(guān)于普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的原則和方法。 第四部分論述民國時(shí)期普通中學(xué)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)思想的歷史啟示。普通中學(xué)應(yīng)該重視職業(yè)指導(dǎo),樹立科學(xué)的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)理念,加強(qiáng)學(xué)校職業(yè)指導(dǎo)師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),建立學(xué)校、社會(huì)、家庭等多元合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系。
[Abstract]:In modern China, due to the influence of the vocational guidance movement abroad and the special social, political, economic and cultural environment in China, in order to solve the employment problem of tens of thousands of middle school students after graduation, To communicate the relationship between ordinary secondary school education and occupation, a large number of progressive intellectuals and patriotic educators at that time, under the guidance of the thought of "saving the country through vocational education", spared no effort to introduce the development experiences and generalizations of vocational guidance in foreign ordinary middle schools. The active organization and development of the vocational guidance movement in ordinary middle schools in China and the extensive research on the vocational guidance theory in ordinary middle schools have made positive contributions to the effective solution of the problems of secondary school students' entry into school and employment. To study the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China and summarize the historical experience of the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools can not only enrich the study of the history of vocational guidance education in China. But also can provide the historical experience and the reference for the current Chinese middle school education reform. The thesis consists of five parts: introduction and body. The introduction mainly expounds the reason, theoretical and practical significance of the study of the vocational guidance ideology of ordinary middle schools (1912-1937) in the Republic of China period, and summarizes the current researchers' research results related to the subject. It is emphasized that the research on vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China needs to be further strengthened, and the research ideas and methods of this paper are divided into four parts. The first part discusses the historical background of the rise of vocational guidance thought of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China. The historical background of the rise and development of the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China is the influence of modern European and American vocational guiding ideology and practice, the influence of social and economic changes in the Republic of China period, and the influence of the ideological trend of vocational education. The influence of Nonxu's academic system. The second part discusses the vocational guidance activities of ordinary middle school vocational counselors in the Republic of China, mainly introduces the life of Liao Shicheng, Liu Zhanen and other educators and professional guidance experts, as well as their theoretical exploration and practical activities of vocational guidance in ordinary middle schools. The third part analyzes the main contents of the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the period of the Republic of China. During the period of the Republic of China, the experts of vocational guidance made the following discussions: first, about the connotation and importance of vocational guidance in ordinary middle school, second, about the purpose, function and task of vocational guidance in ordinary middle school; The third is about the general secondary school vocational guidance principles and methods. The fourth part discusses the historical enlightenment of the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China. Ordinary middle schools should attach importance to vocational guidance, set up scientific concept of vocational guidance, strengthen the construction of teaching staff of vocational guidance in schools, and establish multiple cooperative network systems such as school, society, family and so on.
