【摘要】：天然氣是一種新型的環(huán)保能源，其在能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)中的比重在日益增大，它在世界各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中扮演著越來越重要的角色，天然氣工業(yè)也隨之進入了一個快速發(fā)展的階段。天然氣能源已經(jīng)成為牽動世界政治經(jīng)濟發(fā)展變化最重要、最敏感的神經(jīng)之一，已經(jīng)成為決定世界政治經(jīng)濟格局的關(guān)鍵性力量。誰掌握了先進的能源和能源技術(shù)，誰就擁有了勝利的主動權(quán)。隨著經(jīng)濟的全球化和一體化發(fā)展，，出現(xiàn)了能源需求的國際化。進入21世紀后，隨著液化天然氣運輸船跑遍全世界，液化天然氣工業(yè)正在真正變成一種全球化的工業(yè)。天然氣已經(jīng)成為一種世界商品。由于液化天然氣的快速發(fā)展，從長遠來看，一個真正意義上的全球天然氣市場終將形成。 本文闡述了世界和卡塔爾天然氣的儲藏概況及開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀，卡塔爾是天然氣領(lǐng)域的佼佼者，是世界上天然氣儲藏量最豐富的國家之一，它的液化天然氣產(chǎn)量居世界第一位。分析了卡塔爾天然氣工業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程及其政府出臺的天然氣能源政策和戰(zhàn)略�？ㄋ柍藫碛胸S富的天然氣資源和技術(shù)能力優(yōu)勢外，還在創(chuàng)新業(yè)務模式上走在同行業(yè)的最前沿。隨著天然氣能源國際形勢的發(fā)展變化，卡塔爾開始拋棄傳統(tǒng)的長期合同模式，使買賣雙方獲得更大的靈活性。此外卡塔爾高效的決策也贏得了貿(mào)易伙伴的認可。 卡塔爾天然氣工業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程透視出國際天然氣能源地緣政治、國際天然氣能源安全等的變化脈絡，讓我們看到天然氣能源革命急速發(fā)展對世界格局產(chǎn)生的深遠影響。世界各國要想確保其能源安全，必須跟上世界格局的變化，適應能源重塑的世界。
[Abstract]:Natural gas is a new type of environmental protection energy, its proportion in the energy consumption structure is increasing day by day, it plays a more and more important role in the world economy development, the natural gas industry has also entered a rapid development stage. Natural gas energy has become one of the most important and sensitive nerves affecting the development and changes of world politics and economy, and has become a key force in determining the world political and economic pattern. Whoever has mastered advanced energy and energy technology will have the initiative to win. With the globalization of economy and the development of integration, the internationalization of energy demand appears. After entering 21 ~ (st) century, LNG industry is becoming a kind of global industry with LNG carriers all over the world. Natural gas has become a world commodity. With the rapid development of LNG, a real global natural gas market will be formed in the long run. This paper describes the general situation of natural gas storage and development in the world and Qatar. Qatar is an outstanding natural gas field and one of the most abundant natural gas reserves in the world, and its LNG output ranks first in the world. This paper analyzes the development course of Qatar's natural gas industry and the natural gas energy policy and strategy issued by the government. In addition to its rich natural gas resources and technological capabilities, Qatar is at the forefront of its innovative business model. With the international development of natural gas energy, Qatar began to abandon the traditional long-term contract model, giving buyers and sellers more flexibility. Qatar's efficient decision-making has also won recognition from its trading partners. The development of Qatari natural gas industry perspective the international natural gas energy geopolitical, international natural gas energy security and other changes, let us see that the rapid development of natural gas energy revolution has a profound impact on the world pattern. In order to ensure their energy security, the world must keep up with the changes of the world pattern and adapt to the energy reshaping world.
