【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩、新興能源的開發(fā),以及國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的變化,國(guó)際石油價(jià)格一路走低,導(dǎo)致國(guó)內(nèi)石油行業(yè)發(fā)展放緩,石油企業(yè)人才需求減少。在此背景下,石油主干專業(yè)本科生就業(yè)問題就更加嚴(yán)峻。文章從畢業(yè)生心理、就業(yè)選擇、綜合技能三個(gè)方面對(duì)石油主干專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)選擇進(jìn)行分析,并從畢業(yè)生個(gè)人、學(xué)校、用人單位、社會(huì)四方面入手,為石油主干專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the slowdown of global economic growth, the development of new energy sources, and the changes in international political and economic patterns, international oil prices have been falling all the way, leading to a slowdown in the development of domestic oil industries and a decrease in the demand for talents in oil enterprises. Under this background, the problem of undergraduate employment of petroleum trunk major is even more severe. This paper analyzes the employment choice of oil trunk graduates from three aspects of graduate psychology, employment choice and comprehensive skills, and starts with four aspects: individual graduate, school, employer and society. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the employment of the graduates majoring in petroleum trunk.
