中國銀行甘肅省分行人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究
[Abstract]:The human resource management of the banking industry plays an important role in the operation performance of the bank. Any bank must have the most basic living conditions, that is, stable political and economic environment, open and competitive market environment, adequate capital guarantee, advanced technology and excellent human resources. Among these conditions, human resource is the key factor. With the reform of financial system and the opening of financial market, the competition of banking is becoming more and more fierce. The core and essence of competition is the competition of talents. Only by adapting to the needs of the development of the situation and cultivating more excellent management talents and professional and technical talents can we effectively develop and win the future in the increasingly fierce competition among the same industry. Therefore, the banking industry attaches great importance to human resources, talent team construction and research, and formulate a talent team construction plan. As a branch of Bank of China in Gansu Province, due to historical reasons and existing mechanisms, and the combined influence of external market environment, the talent team of Gansu Province Branch is short of high-quality resources, serious loss and unreasonable structure. Talent mechanism can not adapt to the situation and development, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Bank of China Gansu Branch. How to perfect talent selection, cultivation, introduction and incentive mechanism, enhance product innovation, service innovation, scientific and technological innovation and market competition ability, become the key factor of the rapid development of Gansu Branch of Bank of China, is also the most important issue concerned by the decision makers. The article combines the current situation and demand of Gansu Branch of Bank of China, internal and external environment changes, business development trend, from the talent team structure, talent management mechanism, The problems and causes of human resource management in Gansu Branch of Bank of China are comprehensively analyzed. On this basis, this paper applies incentive theory, career management theory and talent training theory, from the scientific talent concept, talent development mechanism, talent introduction, talent training, incentive mechanism, career management, and so on. Through the investigation of questionnaire, this paper probes into how to improve the talent management of Gansu Branch of Bank of China and puts forward some countermeasures in order to provide beneficial research for the steady and sustainable development of Gansu Branch of Bank of China in the fierce market competition.
