【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今世界國(guó)家之間的交流與合作日益增多，國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人出訪國(guó)外期間的致辭和講話亟需現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯，外交口譯成為主題口譯中極為重要的一部分。筆者選取了國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人習(xí)近平主席2013年3月訪俄期間的兩次致辭進(jìn)行模擬現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交替?zhèn)髯g作為此次研究的翻譯項(xiàng)目，包括：3月22日習(xí)近平在俄羅斯中國(guó)旅游年開幕式上的致辭以及3月23日習(xí)近平在莫斯科國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院的演講。兩次致辭的發(fā)生時(shí)間一前一后，內(nèi)容關(guān)聯(lián)度高，，是典型的外交講話，內(nèi)容涉及政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、旅游、貿(mào)易等方面，因而是外交口譯實(shí)踐的極佳對(duì)象。 本翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告是基于筆者對(duì)口譯錄音轉(zhuǎn)寫而成的文字稿進(jìn)行的案例分析，首先詳細(xì)描述了本次口譯任務(wù)和口譯過(guò)程，接著重點(diǎn)分析和探討了本次口譯過(guò)程中遇到的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，即對(duì)于原語(yǔ)中詞語(yǔ)和表達(dá)的處理技巧，主要從語(yǔ)篇銜接詞的處理、文化負(fù)載詞的處理、基于語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)潔性的詞語(yǔ)處理三方面入手，結(jié)合口譯理論以及本次翻譯項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)例、典型片段，從而對(duì)自己的口譯進(jìn)行客觀分析、評(píng)價(jià)以及經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)，針對(duì)口譯技巧提供這些可行性的建議，提高口譯中詞語(yǔ)和表達(dá)處理能力，以獲得更加高質(zhì)量的口譯輸出，并為后來(lái)的譯者提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing exchanges and cooperation among countries in the world, the speeches and speeches made by national leaders during their visits abroad are in urgent need of on-site interpretation, and diplomatic interpretation is an extremely important part of the topic interpretation. The author chooses the two speeches made by Chinese President Xi Jinping during his visit to Russia in March 2013 as the translation project of this study. This includes a speech by Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of Russia's China Tourism year on March 22 and a speech by Xi Jinping at the Moscow Institute of International Relations on March 23. The two speeches, with a high degree of relevance, are typical diplomatic speeches involving politics, economy, tourism, trade and so on, so they are the best objects of diplomatic interpretation practice. This translation project report is based on a case study of the transcripts of the interpreting recordings. It first describes the interpretation task and the interpretation process in detail, and then focuses on the analysis and discussion of the difficult problems encountered in the interpretation process. That is to say, the processing skills of words and expressions in the source language are mainly from three aspects: the processing of cohesion words, the treatment of culture-loaded words, and the processing of words based on the conciseness of language, combined with the interpretation theory and the concrete examples of this translation project. In order to improve the ability of words and expressions in interpreting, and to get a higher quality of interpretation output, we can make objective analysis, evaluation and experience summing up of our own interpretation, provide these feasible suggestions for interpreting skills, and improve our ability to deal with words and expressions in our interpretation, so as to achieve a higher quality of interpretation. And to provide a reference for later translators.
