【摘要】：正郵票雖然只有方寸大小,卻被譽(yù)為"國家名片"。它是由國家授權(quán)郵政部門發(fā)行的郵資憑證,除在郵政業(yè)務(wù)中作為有效憑證使用之外,還是一種反映政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、歷史、社會(huì)、科學(xué)、藝術(shù)、自然和人物等方方面面內(nèi)容的特殊宣傳載體,因而又有"微型百科全書"之稱。新中國成立以來,反映重大歷史事件、紀(jì)念古今中外杰出的和有影響力的人物,向來是郵票發(fā)行中的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。2015年1月15日,是遵義會(huì)議召開80周年的日子。國家郵政局發(fā)行《遵義會(huì)議八十周年》紀(jì)念郵票一套。熟知中國革命歷史的人們驚奇地發(fā)現(xiàn),在這套郵票第二枚上一大群耳熟能詳
