重慶市大型體育賽事選擇策略研究

【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步，體育賽事已經(jīng)成為了擴(kuò)大對(duì)外交往、展示城市形象的重要手段之一，在不斷推動(dòng)城市政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、帶動(dòng)旅游等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等方面起到了越來(lái)越重要的作用。近年來(lái)，國(guó)內(nèi)各地舉辦的體育賽事逐步增加，越來(lái)越多的城市傾向于舉辦更多的熱門(mén)體育賽事，競(jìng)賽形式增多、規(guī)模擴(kuò)大、頻率增加，并且呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。加之體育賽事的對(duì)于舉辦城市的重大影響，特別是對(duì)于舉辦地的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等諸多方面的影響，，使得越來(lái)越多的城市希望通過(guò)舉辦一些有影響力的賽事來(lái)促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、文化的傳播。 一座城市順利地舉辦一項(xiàng)大型體育賽事，需要得到多方面的保障，包括穩(wěn)定的政治環(huán)境、良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)保障、健全的體育設(shè)施、通暢的交通條件、先進(jìn)的通訊設(shè)備、良好的城市環(huán)境以及較為豐富的辦賽經(jīng)驗(yàn)等。事實(shí)上，能夠保障所有這些因素的城市并不多。因此，某一城市若希望通過(guò)體育賽事推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的發(fā)展，正確合理地選擇體育賽事，將成為一個(gè)值得深入探討的研究課題，如何基于自身城市實(shí)際情況，選擇與城市契合的賽事是賽事選擇中需要思考和解決的重要問(wèn)題。 本研究以重慶市為研究對(duì)象，立足于重慶市目前整體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、體育事業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家咨詢法等研究方法，結(jié)合體育賽事選擇需要考慮的各項(xiàng)因素，分析并探討了重慶市目前舉辦和發(fā)展大型體育賽事的有利條件有政府高度的重視、體育法制化日益健全以及良好的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及群眾基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件等，也給出了重慶市舉辦和發(fā)展大型體育賽事的瓶頸，如大型賽事運(yùn)營(yíng)管理專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的匱乏、體育后備人才不足且項(xiàng)目分布不均以及舉辦大型賽事的場(chǎng)館條件和配套設(shè)施不足等。給出了重慶市大型賽事選擇應(yīng)該遵循的基本原則：地域性、可操作、獨(dú)特性、連續(xù)性、區(qū)域統(tǒng)籌原則。 本文給出的重慶市大型賽事選擇給出以下基本策略：重慶賽事選擇的特色定位“激情山城，生態(tài)重慶”，要舉辦依托于城市自然景觀的綠色生態(tài)體育賽事以及充滿活力、展現(xiàn)重慶激情的體育賽事；在賽事層次選擇上重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該放在舉辦全國(guó)性和國(guó)際性的大型體育賽事來(lái)提升重慶的體育影響力和知名度，提升城市的形象；在項(xiàng)目選擇上應(yīng)該持續(xù)舉辦以馬拉松和武隆山國(guó)際戶外公開(kāi)賽為代表的重慶特色品牌賽事；力爭(zhēng)舉辦田徑、游泳、跳水三個(gè)項(xiàng)目的國(guó)內(nèi)錦標(biāo)賽，發(fā)展目前較好的賽事項(xiàng)目，為今后舉行大型賽事做出準(zhǔn)備；賽事數(shù)量的選擇要考慮賽事的總成本和總收益，時(shí)間選擇要在考慮項(xiàng)目特征的情況下盡量避免高溫多降水的夏季；空間選擇要考慮到舉辦地的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、容納和接待能力及舉辦地的交通方便程度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of the social economy, sports events have become one of the important means to expand foreign contacts and display the image of the city. They are constantly promoting city politics and economy. Tourism and other related industries have played a more and more important role. In recent years, more and more cities tend to hold more and more popular sports events. The form of competition is increasing, the scale is expanding, the frequency is increasing, and showing a trend of vigorous development. In addition, sports events have a significant impact on the host city, especially on the political, economic, cultural and other aspects of the venue. More and more cities hope to promote the development of local economy and culture by holding influential events. A city that successfully hosts a major sports event needs to be guaranteed in many ways, including a stable political environment, good economic security, sound sports facilities, smooth traffic conditions, and advanced communications equipment. Good urban environment and rich experience in running competitions. In fact, there are not many cities that can protect all these factors. Therefore, if a certain city wishes to promote the development of local economy and society through sports events and select sports events correctly and reasonably, it will become a research topic worthy of further discussion, and how to base on the actual situation of its own city, Choosing a match with a city is an important issue to be considered and solved in the selection of events. This study takes Chongqing as the research object, based on the present situation of Chongqing's overall development, sports development using literature survey, interview, questionnaire, expert consultation and other research methods. Combined with the factors that need to be considered in the selection of sports events, this paper analyzes and discusses the favorable conditions for the holding and development of large-scale sports events in Chongqing, which the government attaches great importance to. The increasingly sound legal system of sports and good infrastructure and mass infrastructure conditions also give the bottleneck of Chongqing's holding and development of large-scale sports events, such as the lack of professional personnel in the operation and management of large-scale sports events. The sports reserve talent is insufficient and the project distribution is uneven, as well as the facilities and facilities for holding large-scale events. The basic principles to be followed in the selection of large-scale events in Chongqing are given: regionality, operability, uniqueness, continuity, and regional coordination. This paper gives the following basic strategies for the selection of Chongqing's large-scale events: the characteristic orientation of Chongqing's competition selection is "Passion Mountain City, Ecological Chongqing", and the green ecological sports events that rely on the city's natural landscape should be held and full of vitality. Demonstrate Chongqing's passion for sports events; In the selection of competition level, the emphasis should be put on holding national and international large-scale sports events to enhance Chongqing's sports influence and popularity, and promote the image of the city; In the project selection, we should continue to hold a marathon and Wulong Mountain Outdoor Open as the representative of the Chongqing brand event; Strive to hold track and field, swimming, diving three domestic championships, to develop the current better events, for the future to hold large-scale events; The selection of the number of events should take into account the total cost and total income of the event, and the time should be chosen to avoid the summer of high temperature and heavy precipitation under the consideration of the characteristics of the project. Space selection should take into account the infrastructure, capacity and accessibility of the site.
