江南大學(xué)學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康管理研究
[Abstract]:As a key group affecting the future development of the country, the health of students is directly related to the political, economic, social and cultural development of our country. Therefore, China has formulated and promulgated relevant policies and measures. The article puts forward that school education should set up the guiding ideology of health first. However, in recent years, the condition of adolescent students' physical health has been deteriorating, which has aroused the widespread concern of the country and society, which indicates that the traditional educational concept and management model can no longer meet the needs of students' physical health in the social transition period. The management system and mode of physical health, which embodies the characteristics of students, is reasonable and effective, and has become the focus of attention in education and academic circles. Based on the existing books on physical health management, this paper takes some full-time undergraduates of Jiangnan University as the research object, and synthetically applies the methods of literature search, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the management of physical health in Jiangnan University, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The school lacks the evaluation and feedback of students' physical health, and does not carry out and propagate the activities of physical health education. As a result, students' understanding of physical health and its management is insufficient, and the ability of physical health management is low. 2. In accordance with the requirements of the National Standards for the physical Health of students, schools regularly carry out physical health tests on students, including the test time, test items, testing personnel, test sites, equipment preparation and matters needing attention, etc. To ensure that the test can be carried out efficiently and orderly, a more perfect management system is needed. 3. Specialized physique health management institutions and full-time management personnel are important components of physical health management. The absence of these two aspects will lead to the fault of physical health management and hinder the smooth development of physical health management. The main reason is that school leaders pay less attention to physical health management. 4. Physical health monitoring involves a wide range of areas, and needs to be paid more attention to the details. In order to better manage the students' physical health, we should standardize the relevant testing work to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the test data, thus laying a good foundation for the evaluation and feedback of physical health. 5. At present, the main work of school physical health management is to complete the task of testing and to report test data. There is no analysis and collation of the test results, no physical health files, and no feedback of the test results and analysis reports to the students. As a result, students do not understand their physical health, can not choose their own exercise program. 6. The management of students' physical health is still in the primary stage, and the management mode is not systematic enough. In order to ensure that the health information in the management mode of physical health is timely, scientific and reliable, it is necessary to make it systematic and scientific. It can meet the different needs of students and pay attention to the effectiveness and circulability of physical health management. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the process of physical health management in Jiangnan University, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures, hoping to enrich the ideas and methods of physique health management at the same time. It can also provide useful guidance for the management and promotion of students' physical health.
