【摘要】：1928年,國(guó)民黨創(chuàng)辦了"中央廣播電臺(tái)",并漸成一定規(guī)模�？箲�(zhàn)后期,有關(guān)方面考慮戰(zhàn)后重建事宜,擬實(shí)行憲政,著手改造宣傳體制和黨營(yíng)媒體,并以企業(yè)化為歸依。在中央廣播電臺(tái)改制過(guò)程中,國(guó)民黨及廣播界元老陳果夫反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)廣播的宣傳利器功能,主張采用特種公司形式,由黨部切實(shí)主導(dǎo)掌控,期間多方洽談、呈請(qǐng),展開(kāi)博弈。1946年12月,"中國(guó)廣播股份有限公司章程"公布,1947年1月,公司宣告成立。鑒于當(dāng)時(shí)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事等的環(huán)境狀況,廣播公司并未具體運(yùn)作,但其公司化的動(dòng)因、架構(gòu)及影響等值得研究。
[Abstract]:In 1928, the Kuomintang founded the Central Radio Station and gradually became a certain scale. In the later period of Anti-Japanese War, the parties concerned considered the reconstruction after the war, planned to carry out constitutionalism, began to reform the propaganda system and the party-run media, and turned themselves into enterprises. In the course of the reform of the Central Radio Station, Chen Guofu, the Kuomintang and the veteran of the broadcasting circles, repeatedly stressed the propaganda weapon function of the broadcasting, and advocated the adoption of a special form of company, under the effective leadership and control of the Party Central Committee, during which various negotiations and petitions were held. In December 1946, the articles of Association of China Broadcasting Co., Ltd. were published, and in January 1947, the company was established. In view of the political, economic, military and other environmental conditions at that time, the broadcaster did not actually operate, but the causes, structure and impact of its corporatization are worth studying.
